Milton's way too thin to move to TE, and I strongly doubt he could bulk up to TE size without losing his speed.

Milton needs to stay right where he is. Having Hunter and Milton as dominating threats on the outside is very special. I hope Milton continues to develop. I have high hopes for him.

Gotta say I was impressed with his press conference, he almost laughs at himself for the buildup and then he really hits home with Dooley and the coaching staff here.

If thats not an advertisement to parents of these recruits about the impact Dooley can have in such short order then I dont know what is.

Considering Dooley pulled Neal along with the other names I mentioned in a weeks time, I think it was a big get. Also, if you look, I named others along with Neal. Perhaps I was referring to landing 3 4*s and 1 5* in a weeks time. Is Arnett bigger than that?

Perhaps you should get an original screen name. You and I both know you stole that from someone.

He got a little choked up, too. That's kinda telling as well. This coaching staff is going to tear the at home visits up.

...Can't wait until CDD visits the Pagen residence. :rock:

Zasnow, Sometimes players new to a position are just lost out there both physically & mentally and it appears there's a lack of effort.

Haven't seen Meline lately but he was completely lost this summer.

I remember reading something about 10 years ago where Hawaii has to be very selective about which recruits that they will allow to come on official visits for this reason.

If they don't think a guy is actually a possible get, they don't bring him because they could blow through the entire Athletic Department budget giving highly rated kids and their parents an expense free Hawaiian vacation without ever getting a single signee.

Just because he's 6'6 doesn't mean he's capable of playing TE. Think of some NFL TE's, then think of Milton. Plus we have Rivera, and Downs coming and could add Clear too. We're fine at TE.

Stone and Rogers were probably bigger gets. Hunter was already committed to Tennessee silently. He was going to make the switch on NSD from LSU had Kiffin stayed.

No he wasnt, according to Hunter himself and his mother, DD is what put them over the top to chose UT!

That is an internet rumor based on nothing but speculation...how'd that work out with Jeff Luc?

Hunter has said publicly that the in-home with DD is what put UT over the top for he and his mother....so even if that internet rumor is true Dooely still deserves plenty of credit for pulling him

Fair enough...those three together was obviously a bigger pull. But Neal alone isn't bigger than getting Arnett.

Get an original screen name? 1) What does that have to do with anything discussed in this thread? 2) Tell me who I stole it from because as far as I know I made this name up when I signed up on VN.
