I mean its definitely a risk, but I think it depends on if Dooley is 100% sure we land the elite talent we're still in the running with or at least the core of it. I mean its tough, but if we want a shot to win the East next year and have success even sooner than planned. Then we have to close in strong on this class

I think it's Mackey, being as Skeeter originally thought it was a DL. (Johnson)

Just a guess .... or it could be the staff being sick of Wright's BS. I know Skeeter mentioned that the staff wasn't happy about what was going on there. We all know this staff doesn't like to put up with BS, though I doubt they'd turn a talent like him away.

Where exactly did he say they are sick of Wright's "BS" as you call it? I believe you are referring to them saying that they weren't sold that they had him locked up and were continuing to recruit Johnson and Jernigan hard.

Turene was supposed to be in Sunday evening...staff may have told him no thanks on Friday/Saturday. Just a thought.

What I'm saying and what you said are completely different.

As I read it, you were suggesting that the staff might drop Wright because he loves to play with the media.

I was saying that is absurd and that they are simply recruiting Johnson and Jernigan as hard as they are because they know that they are in a battle with Auburn for Wright.

.... but according to Skeeter, Wright is/was a silent to UT. If they (UT Staff) are doubting his commitment, then I would consider it 'BS'. That would be a reason to tell him to look elsewhere, or essentially, 'Good luck at Auburn'.

Maybe they feel there time would be better used on someone that isn't going to play games.

Folks, I'm just as excited about NSD and recruiting as anyone on here. I hunt for every little recruiting tidbit I can find on here. Skeeter has been bringing the heat here for several days, and is generally spot on. He (or she!) is already risking a lot by posting on here, (insider info, etc.) and for any of us to keep prying is wrong. If skeeter says "I can't go in to specifics" or something of that nature, just say thank you and LET IT BE! Let's not ruin a good thing. I want skeeter to be able to maintain anonymity and always feel like he/she can post here without being interrogated. JMO
