Getting hit with a blizzard the day before NSD is like getting an xmas present, no work tomorrow.

Having lived in Tennessee my whole I have never seen this much snow. Its crazy, heard and seen "thundersnow" my first time ever as well.

Oh, sorry, I thought Knoxville might be getting some snow, lol...my folks live up that way in New Market.

Man you guys won't let this die will you. If it makws you feel more comfortable, a family member of his told he's a Vol. Same one that said it was a UT/USCw race with UT winning out. The VFL program was a big factor in his decision. Now go to bed, Santa on his way with our presents on the morning.

That's crazy, my parent's live in Rocky Valley...I was born and raised in Knoxville and went to KCHS.

You are probably right about the pressure but Dawson does not appear to me to be a kid who is swayed by that kind of pressure.

I have posted here numerous times the reasons why I believe that Dawson will pull the trigger for Tennessee tomorrow and nothing has changed my mind about what choice he will make. It boils down to the simple fact that by the time he came to visit us, all we had to do was to convince Mom and Grandma that we would take good care of Lamar during his time at Tennessee.

Coach Dooley and the staff did far more than that -- I believe that both Mom and Grandma were blown away by the facilities and everything else here at Tennessee, starting with the Vol For Life program.

Starting tomorrow, Dawson will be just that -- a Vol For Life.

don't know if this has been reported...but the Louisville Courier Journal reported that Dawson stayed home from school today so he probably just had a quiet day with friends/family and didn't have to hear all the UK garbage at school...ALL VOL BABY!!!

We cannot afford to potentially waste a much needed scholarship on Mackey. In a normal year, we would take a chance on him in a heartbeat, but as I have said before about Fulse and Mickey Johnson, this is not a normal year.

Even if Mackey were to somehow gain entrance into UT, there is little to convince anyone that he would be able to stay in school. We have more elite level recruits than we have scholarships for now, and that means we will not be able to take Mackey in this class.

I love this so much. This is a big smack to Kentucky football. I just enjoyed an hour of their crying on catspause.com. The whole time all these Kentucky fans were crying about how Dawson is from Kentucky he will have to go there. If I were a recruit and I lived in North Dakota and I got an offer from UND and say Minnesota I would go to Minnesota. Sorry UK, you suck football, you always have sucked at football, and you always will suck at football. Huge get and go vols!

Well if he goes to UT then he can kiss my BIG BLUE A$$$$. He supposedly grew up a UK fan and that would be the total slap in the face. So if that is the case then I hope he stays in Tennessee and comes back when he get beat by the CATS at Commonwealth. Shows his true character if he is going to pick a convict school because of facilities than UK over a coach that he supposedly respects and will run a clean program.
