Of course. You want to get your 3 best on the field. No way Couch is sitting on the sideline IMO. I agree that he's a better fit at end.

I think if Couch was going to play at DE he would have at least seen a rep or two out there. In his interview yesterday he said he has worked and studied exclusively the nose and 3. I think you are going to see Couch/McCullers at the nose, Walls and Fowlkes at one end spot and Sentimore and Miller at the other.

Sure people said the same thing about Nick Fairley after his first season in the SEC out of JUCO, he did nothing that first year that made anyone think he would blow up. Last time, I checked he went fairly (no pun) early in the first round. So it is possible, highly unlikely but feasible.

One of the ESPN guys projected him at 3rd round. Couch tweeted it out on draft day when the 2013 projections were coming out.

Not sure I agree, unless he has a monster year, which I think is possible.

That happened in several games. It was a big deal in the Vandy-UGA game too. Can't wait for Vandy to put up a 4 win season.

Couch is a beast. Would rather see him at end, but if McCullers isn't ready, there isn't much we can do about it.

I'm not so sure it's all about McCullers' readiness. Couch looked great in the spring and seems to have carried that over to camp and I'm sure has just earned the shot.

Couch has a spot regardless. If McCullers was 100% ready and conditioned, couch would be at end, and sentimore among others would shuffle in the other end.

That isn't a knock on McCullers at all. Didn't expect him to be ready right away. He'll come in in certain situations. No reason for him to play on passing downs.

Dang I was hoping Clark would be the starter at NT (bc of his size) while Couch and Sentimore/Walls started at DE. Couch needs to have a big year for our defense to be effective IMO. It all starts with the NT in the 3-4.

I think they will rotate in and give a lot of different looks. Having 3, maybe 4, viable nose tackles is a great thing.

Why did you list our Dlineman and bold a few of their names? Trying to show how much better our depth is than it has been lately or what (but then that's doesn't explain the bolded names)? Jw bc it was kind of random.
