'11 GA RB Isaiah Crowell

I'm honestly not getting the hopes up for Crowell either, especially since he's coming here for the Bama game.

Who really would? My hopes aren't up period. Of we get the recruits we do if not we've got to ride with who we get. The Devrin Young offer just killed my recruiting buzz.

The Carver Columbus trio are eating up the "Saban effect" after this weekend. If Saban makes Gabe a priority then he'll get both(Crowell) of them to commit. With three former tigers playing for Bama its starting to get the feel around here that they may have taken the lead for both. -Valley Prep

You could probably say that about any prospect in America.

Yeah true but I think Bama had a few DT's ahead of him on their board. With Jernigan and Moala looking more likely to go with home state schools it's no way Saban will go a recruiting class with out signing a Top 10 DT.

Why would UT let Crowell come in for the Bama game? He has shown us very little interest and will choose between UGA, Auburn, and Bama. This probably will give him the opportunity to recruit for another school while he is here.

who knows maybe he will fall in love with our campus, I guess it wont hurt.

Most of these kids know each other. They can recruit to wherever they want without a visit. A better question is why in the heck would you turn away one of the best recruits in the nation from visiting?

Don't worry about that negavol dude, the other college team he's reppin should tell you all you need to know.....Point is Crowell will be on campus and will be able to check it out and see us, no matter his reasons for being here. IMO give the coaches credit for getting him on campus.

Not being a negavol, just realistic. Tell him to bring his crimson shaker and have a good time.

Maybe if we compete, the crowd stays into the game and Poole has a dang good day we might get the kids attention..

Because getting him here is huge no matter how you do it.

You aren't gonna sign any good players being scared.

LV too many people are scared of Bama and others with this staff. When X and staff were here we were hollering bring em on. This staff will recruit just as well without getting us on probation. We'll have monster recruiting year in 2012. Top 3-5 I'm already calling it.

Exactly! People were saying earlier we have to get him here somehow and we did. Also somewhat related; I'm thinking that Saban's interview talking about Dooley before the LSU game was pretty big.

I'd show that interview to every kid who came in.

The inferiority complex many UT fans have is amazing sometimes.

That interview was one of the main reasons I made the "great day for TN recruiting thread."

Another reason was that we were competitive on the road against a top 10 team.

The final reason was that Florida was unmasked as a team that is not anywhere close to Bama's level despite an unreal assortment of talent.
