Kid looks to have some serious skills, smart, and his offer list is impressive! CEO already has a bead on him.

James Vaughters, 6’2” 225 pounds from Tucker High School in Tucker, Georgia. Vaughters along with a handful of other of the elite Georgia 2011 prospects are "statement" type recruits. Meaning recruits coveted by all the big time programs including UT and signing this caliber of prospect such as Vaughters makes a statement about your recruiting prowess and your program. Vaughters is an inside linebacker prospect who has all the physical tools to play early in college. Big kid. Great speed.

Plenty of time to signing day. We need to start making an impression on these kids. We need explosive, dynamic, game changing play makers. If we want to contend for championships, the time is now!

Wow, I hadn't watched this guy's film until today. What a defensive playmaker. I'd say one of the more currently elite programs will find a spot for this guy, but I'm sure CDD will pitch some playing time because this is a solid LB.

Will be announcing his decision on Thursday June 17 at 11am at Rockhard Fitness (where Vaughters trains at) in.

I believe UGA or Bama.

I'd guess UGA since he was probably at their camp Saturday and just announced his announcement.

Wish this is kid was a vol... Met him on a Spring Break cruise, a very nice kid... Would think that Dooley would want this kid...

He's either Stanford or Ohio State (his parents are alums). I agree with the post above, most think Stanford but he mentioned he would feel at 'home' at OSU as well.
