If Wright is telling the truth to Chad Simmons and he is a signing day guy now then that makes me think that he was definitely thinking Auburn before. Because remember how he was going to announce at the AA game and visit auburn the next weekend? I don't know if he signs with Tennessee or not but I like our chances way better now.

He's playing the game and building suspense for nsd. Been a vol for a long time now.

Yes, at the moment it is looking good for Gabe to sign with the Vols, as I have always thought would be the case. But I would caution all of us that tomorrow something may happen with him that will make it appear that we are not in good shape, and that he is going somewhere else.

The point is that Gabe is all over the place and at least in his public comments -- not only is what he says about who he likes often confusing, but more importantly what he says and what he does is often contradictory (mostly in our favor).

I am confident that Gabe will be a Vol on NSD, but it could be quite a ride between now and then. I have said before and will say it again -- even if he commits to us or someone else before NSD, the game will not be over until his signature is on the dotted line.

K Marcus is the other recruit that I have said the same thing about.
