If we land Couch and Wright that would go a LONG way to remedying our DT problems...this class is starting to get me giddy with excitement.

It would help, but it took about 5 years of recruiting worthless DTs to get Tennessee in the shape it's in now.

It will take a few years to get the talent right.

I agree, but would you agree that if we could land that group it would be about as good as we could have hoped for out of this class?

I agree, but with a solid rotation of quality dts that the des could be unleashed. The potential of Jackson, miller, and "the hitman" smith combo could be a dangerous trio next year.

The thing that amazes me is that Dooley still has not done in home visits or allowed recruits to visit on officials. I cannot wait for that to happen because there is always a few surprises when recruits make their official visits. We may be swapping some of our current commitments for better players. You never know. Either way, the momentum has definitely shifted in our favor with some nice prospects.

Dooley has done in home visits and there have been a few OV. But the majority of them still remain, so your point is still valid.

Oh my bad, I guess I just haven't heard much about them. Speaking of official visits, is the Rock going to be in use this year?

Wright says he's bringing Crowell with him to the Bama game. He says Crowell is open to giving UT a chance. A guy can dream can't he?
