I know this sounds off base, but I think a lot has to do with Newton. If he comes back, Auburn will be the hunt again in the SEC. If he does not they will fall. I believe that are loosing most of the OL as well. TN is on the rise... Food for thought.

On the part that you didn't understand, I believe he was saying: "Don't try to talk bad about Tennessee so that some of their recruits will go to UGA; however, I can't put that past UGA fans, because they did the same thing to Da'Rick Rogers last year."

Barn for this cat, specially if he watched NT game which i'm sure he did. The announcers talked forever and ever about how great Auburn's interior lineman were. Just a hunch though I have no clue what this dudes going to do.

Yup. If he were smart, he'd go to the NFL where it's not illegal to receive benefits for playing football.

I love how one of the ESPN analysts (forgot who it was, think it was the OSU alum) this morning even encouraged Cam to go to the NFL because he thinks that something else will come out of the investigation in the future.

I think GW recruitment is still very much up in the air.

Gabriel back at it again. I was reading through some of the comments on here. The guy is alot of fun to follow. It seems that Mr. Wright was never able to get over the differences,it got way too personal with him. Bringing up Da'rick and Crowell is just nonsense. Hope Gabe is not so thin-skinned in college.

Good luck to where he goes. IMO he's 50/50 right now. His last visit is to Barn and that will seal the deal. Just my humble opinion.

It's an Auburn/UT battle. I've heard more about Auburn than UT, and with any other prospect I'd say that means Auburn. But with Gabe, I don't know. I mean, if I'm him and I'm trying to trick the world, then I'm wondering why people need to hear about my visits and contacts with UT. But I'll feed them tons about the school I'm not going to.

Honestly, if I was a recruit, and I knew fanbases were hanging on my every word, I probably would not say a public word about the school I'm going to except to let people know they are recruiting me.

I'm going to say Gabe is a "surprise" on NSD.

Not in my opinion. He's visiting UT during the biggest recruiting weekend of the year. He'll be around our top committed prospects, and he'll get to see some serious passion when TBA is full and singing rocky top.

That will seal the deal.

No doubt UT will roll out the red carpet for him, and rightfully so. I'm just sayig that AU is the closest school (which is huge by the way) and AU was one of the first schools on him. Again, his last visit is to AU. I'm sure they will pull out a great show for him as well. They will tell him about Fairley and put that new trophy in his face. This will go down to the wire.

He likes both schools but his mom likes UT, I think in the end that could push us over the top. He isn't that far from Auburn. Honestly I could see a lot of this Auburn talk just to keep the locals fans off his back. IF for some reason he skips his last visit to AU, we'll know that this was the case. I still will pick AU because my predictions are the kiss of death.
