I'm just going to let this thing play out cause so much will be rumored & said until NSD but I'm sticking with my prediciton that Wright signs with UT on NSD.

Hubbs has been saying that the whole time.

He also said that it's entirely possible that we have him in our pocket, and listed multiple reasons why.

FWIW, Hyams predicted Auburn. That has to be good news for Tennessee.

Okay, Hubbs just cleared what he said up over on VQ. He said that as of right now he thinks Wright would go to Auburn but that Wright is sending mixed signals both ways & it's hard to get a read on him.

how much is there to people saying malzahn will go to a&m if asked?
if that happens do you think auburn stays one of the top teams in sec?
how will this affect wright's decision?

I have'nt heard anything about it, it would hurt Auburn because they are winning games by outscoring people right now & it wouldnt affect Wright at all.

Auburn is going to drop a little next season. Cam Newton and Nick Fairley go pro and they lose 4 starters from their O-Line I believe...and if Gus Malzahn leaves too who knows...

BTW, if people knew about Auburn's recruiting practice especially of one Trooper Taylor then they may get nailed by the NCAA. They make Alabama a few years ago look like angels.

Hasn't Wright repeatedly said Auburn is his leader and we are a close second? What is the obsession with this guy? Our staff needs to offer Sylvester Williams before bigger schools start offering him, get Couch and one other DT and call it a day.

Idk it probably has nothing to do with him being one of the top DTs in the nation & we are in desperate desperate need of DTs. Has nothing to do with him contributing from day 1.

Even if we offer Williams he is'nt guaranteed to commit here, & by adding him & Couch wont solve our DT problems. We need atleast 3 more quality DTs that can play from day 1 to take a step in solving our DT problems.

I agree. It will likely take two classes to fix our problems on the inside.

But Wright and Couch would go a long way....

I think adding those two to Walls and Hughes is a pretty formidable DT rotation to build on.

Walls wont be fully healthy for next season, he will be able to play but he wont be very affective. We would need to add 1 more quality DT with Couch & Wright.
