Not at all. However, when a kid silents to two schools it starts getting a little over the top. Especially when he is a top caliber player that both schools put other kids on hold for (or even turn them away). At some point the coaches want to know where they stand with a kid so they can concentrate on other issues. OTOH, GW owes nothing to UT or AU so he is free to play the game how he sees fit.
