I remember driving home from work sometime in March of 2009...Hyams was on the radio and he said "I have just been informed that Bryce Brown will not be signing with UT"...

Hyams is notorious for "scooping" things that turn out to be completely wrong...that's why he alomst never "scoops" anything anymore

I listen to his show a lot and that has not been my impression at all. BUT I'm not really interested in debating the qualities of Hyams or any other reporter... just passing on what I consider to be really good news.
