Who cares dude? He's probably the 4th or 5th option on our board. You're acting like he's our #1 target. Even still, he's not a scrub player. Have you watched any film or read what the scouts had to say about him at camp? He's not a 5* but he's not a scrub.

Pretty sure there's a ton of top tier players in the state of GA and Richt hasn't offered. We've talked about his how many times?

Apparently we're still recruiting Harris, although these quotes are from late August. Would be interesting to know if he's a take at this point. It really seems as though the remaining DB class will come down to whoever pulls the trigger first.

"I've narrowed it down to a final top three, in no specific order right now, the schools are Stanford, Louisville, and Tennessee."

Harris said that each school was "ecstatic" when learning they had made the final three, and all three of them want he and his parents to visit soon.

"I was in love with their campus and facilities, and I was really impressed with my defensive backs coach and how he represented Tennessee and how he broke down the depth chart," the player reported. "I took that trip with my dad and he was able to see with his eyes what kind of hands I would be in. And I would be in the SEC. I really love competition, and I think the best competition is in the SEC."

This DB recruiting is getting crazy!

But not that crazy.

I believe this young man has waited too long and the UT ship has already left port. CB is a huge position of need, but we have some in house as commitments and several others that we are in good shape with that are higher on our boards than Harris.

The same is true of Orta -- players often play the game too long.

It's a shame our DT(mostly) and LB recruiting can't get heated up with some big time recruits.

Has he committed? I would not take what Johnson or Wright says seriously until they sign their LOI even if the commit to UT. IF they sign with UT I would ecstatic.
