UF will get the last visit....Muscahmp on campus today then going in-home with Bryant Young and Quinn with his parents and HC coach.

Has it been made official they get the last visit?

Because earlier it was just speculation and nothing was concrete.

I was hoping he would visit UT instead. :)

UF has a lot of ground to make up on FSU and LSU.

Simmons of Scout is predicting Jernigan to the gators. Bakas & Wallace are predicting FSU. Sounds like we may have an outside chance.

"Timmy has two visits left," said Howard. "He's going to Florida State this weekend. I haven't seen him around here today so he might have already left for that and then he is leaning toward going to Tennessee next weekend for that final visit. That is what he has penciled in, but I don't know if it is officially set. He told the coaches he is going to Florida one day next week for the afternoon. He's already been there I don't know how many times, but he'll be going back. It's not as good as getting him for 48 hours for an official visit, but that's where he stands with it now."

IF true, that is huge. As numerous people have already stated, I'd s$@# my pants if we somehow landed him and Wright. Although I know the chances of that happening aren't that great, can you imagine the future of our d-line? WOW.

Howards comments about Tennessee have been positive it seems. If we get him here I think we have a good shot. Just have to get him here....

Very well could change. Again. For the 5th time. But seems pretty legit this time.

Check VQ's visitor list for the weekend of the 28th:

Jernigan wasn't on that list last night when I checked. So it would have had to been updated today.

Also can't forget the always reliable Skeeter posted that it is very likely Jernigan will be visiting the 28th weekend with Dawson in the Dawson thread:

Chances look pretty decent we will at least get him on campus. We will see.

Agreed. We will definitely have to paint the rock for Jernigan and Dawson. Go full out on them. IF they signed with UT they would be bookends on UT's defense for the next 3 to 4 years. Probably only 3 years for Timmy though. He is nasty on the field.

Bookends means defensive ends. Neither are defensive ends.

Jernigan will go to FSU or UT... 80/20 is my guess.

This kid has too many options atm. I wouldn't get my hopes up unless he actually visits and is blown away somehow...

If I had to pick two surprises for NSD it would be Jernigan and Maggitt. Either would be a nice get (especially Jernigan) but both would be outta sight.

Maggitt wouldnt be that big of a suprise imo. he was blown away by his visit.
