So FLVol77 is saying we strike out on the DL? I can see that. I personally don't think we get Wright. I think he is headed to Auburn. As far as Jernigan goes, I think we made a great push late, but I will be surprised if he picks us.

I would guess when he says 'we' he means UF.

Agreed, but Couch and Carson can help. Couch should be a monster and Carson is heavyweight depth for the rotation. We'd solidify the back 7 w/ this class if we do land Moore, Maggitt and Dawson and make a big DLine push in 2012.

I'd be thrilled with that finish.

Even if we can't reel in Wright or Jernigan, our DL will be getting help next year. Walls and Martin will be coming back. Couch will be an immediate contributor. Williams will see the field some as a situational pass rusher. Carson and Saulsberry will provide some good depth. As much as I'd love to get Wright or Jernigan we'll be ok and we'll go land some stud DTs and DEs in 2012.

I think Maggitt has the speed to be another guy off the corner at DE. Leonard Little was about his size when he came to UT. LL Probably faster by a "little". Maggitt is very quick, though.

SECPrideUF said Maggitt was a Vol on the Rivals MB. Many other FSU and UF fans were saying that is what they are hearing from FLA as well.

If Maggitt (pronounced Ma-jit, according to Scout) is a Vol, then we may finish without a DT. Looks like I may be wrong about Wright, but I'm still going to stick to my guns on it. Hopefully, it's not Dawson that won't be a Vol.

This is what I expect. I think we lose out on DT. Wright - Auburn, Jernigan - FSU.

Dawson - Vol.

I believe we strike out on remaining DTs.

Dawson and Maggit, Vols.
Moore to UT tonight.
Tiny and Clear sign with UT on NSD.
That's how I think we finish.

Like I said, I'm still sticking to my guns on Wright, but I wouldn't be upset at that finish at all.

I am not going to be upset with any finish that includes 5 four star players...whatever combination it is that would be fantastic!

I am sure that this has been discussed and I know that Jackson projects at OL... but he is athletic and the perfect size for a DT.
