George Plaster and folks wer again talking about how Dooley had a great day with this class, but............. But, with this NCAA stuff lingering from Kiffin, he may have problems on his hands. Why of all days does this come to a head again. I'm really becoming a believer in the opinions that some just simply hate UT and have to rain on us any time they can. What, if anything will happen to the football program? I just don't see anything!!

Clay Travis is suppose to be a Vols fan and he released it. If Hat is not worried than I'm not either.

that's Plaster. He will do anything at the most appropiate time to put the Vols down. Oh, he'll talk a good talk when he's talking to someone associated with UT but any other time he'll bemoan the Vols whenever possible. But as soon as anything about Vandy comes up, get ready for an hour praise-a-thon.

And this is on the Vol Network station in Nashville. Pitiful.

If the Titans won the Super Bowl, Plaster would still talk about stupid ass Predators hockey for an hour the day after. That station is the biggest joke. And that three hour lunch show is flippin horrible too.

Sorry for the typos. I'm trying to figure out why this is dragging and dragging and dragging. Is there really just no substance to any of it? This stuff has to go back into 2009 for the most part and the very little Kiffn was here in Jan. '10. I thought most of it was self reported secondary violations and none has to do with current staff. If anything at all, wouldn't Hamilton be the one on the chopping block? Not by the NCAA, but by UT officals? It is more than likely just an attempt to piss all over the great news of today and damper any positive news about our program. I don't understand like poster said 104.5 being Vol network. I know Vandy is here, but UT represents the whole state. We have to be the only state in the union that has so much internal hatred towards the program that represents the state. Is there any any any alternative to these clowns we have to listen to in Nashville?

560 AM, but they are just as bad about hating on Tennessee. Bill King is on there and he is a huge TN hater, can't stand him either.

I REFUSE TO LISTEN TO ANYTHING BILL KING. HE'S THE BIGGEST SELL-OUT AROUND. Ever since he lost his privelages to having the "in" at UT sometime in the mid to late '90s, he's gone out of his way to down the program. I'm not sure what happened but I remember it. He's was shunned by someone maybe Bud Ford, I don't know.

I unfortunately listen to this station because it is my only choice.People are right when they say that its a shame that it is a part of the vol network.Plaster isn't half as bad as clay travis and Brent on the 3 hour lunch,they are supposedly Vol fans but they don't want t.o be recieved as biased.They have no stones and clay is a Paul Fineturd wannabe.

Don't forget Bill King stands just over 4 feet. Okay I mean 5 feet. But anyway, that probably has a lot to do with it. Maybe they should join the circus (Plaster=clown) (King=midget)

Yes it is our only choice locally. I hate it, we most all love misery. But I must admit it's made me have violent thoughts before:loco::crazy::bad::finger3::machgun::gun::whatever::devilsmoke::yuck::bash::disappointed::aggressive::realmad::furious3::frown:

The jest of the Plaster announcement was that Kiffin and Reese, his brother in law,
sent Hostesses to high school games to find out what other colleges the players we were interested were interested in.
Since it involved 2 or more people, then it is "Lack of Institutional Control" No one, other than Kiffin & Reese knew of this.
According to Plaster, it will probably end in a loss of two scholarships and a probabation period BUT no loss of bowl games etc. etc.
This is probably what is taking the NCAA to announce. It wants to get basketball, football & baseball all finished and announce at once.

Man, I have to disagree. I listen to that show every day and Plaster is the 'Dores biggest critic. If he goes on and on about anything for that long it's how Paul Houlihan (sp?) destroyed the athletic department and that the administration doesn't care enough about the program.

As far as the timing goes...the story was broken by Clay Travis...I'm assuming that the station wouldn't say to Travis no go ahead and break the story on another station because if you do it here all the Vol fans will accuse Plaster of sabotaging their day.

Just remember that every last one of them is a either a Vandy homer or a former Titan. none of them have any love for Tennessee. It is simply amazing to me how much coverage Vanderbilt gets even though they dumped 104.5 as the radio provider for Vanderbilt sports. Not football, but I almost had to pull over and puke a couple of weeks ago when a caller was calling Vandy a final four contender, and Willie was feeding him. That was before they were 3-4 in the SEC though.

listened to the report by clay travis on plaster's show.he said a letter or the letter would be sent or arrive @ UT on friday or monday.from what he said it would effect ut football,also follow kiffin to usc and the hardest hit could be kiffin's brother in law reaves @ new mexico.failure to monitor is what the term was used to describe was the infraction.:eek:hmy:let's hope it's not as bad as clay and plaster made it out to be and hopefully it does follow kiffin and his band of misfits and helps add to his and usc's predicament.:yes:

And Plaster will be about as accurate with his assumptions as he is with his "stupid underdog picks". Has he ever predicted anything sports related correctly? He's a clown and he sucks at Bball too. Used to watch him get schooled at the Green Hills YMCA when I was a kid. Hahahahaha now that's funny!!!!!!!:)

Hey, I'm a big preds fan. They've been the only thing remotely consistent in TN sports here lately.
