What impresses me is the fact the kids sound like they are ready to run through a brick wall for UT....No pun intended..I give 100% credit to this coaching staff for making them feel that way...It might take awhile but We are gonna be just fine...For the first time in a long long time I feel this program is in the right hands.

I agree it's gonna take time. But this is where it HAS to start. And I think that's what we've been missing the last three years.

W's will come. More important than that, I want to see the return of the "I" (Intensity). I want to see the "P" (no, not as in urine, as in Pride). I want to see these young men playing with "C" (Confidence). I want to see what Butch Jones and Co. are bringing that has been missing for far too long, and that is the "L" (Leadership). Most important of all, win or lose, I want back our "R" (Respect). For too long, way too many people have viewed the Vols as a joke with a bad (or funny if you hate the Vols) punchline. Jokes are over, folks. See you at the O&W game. The return to greatness goes in high gear this Saturday. Don't miss out!

Don't forget that scum from Vanderbilt. As much as I enjoy a victory over other team, losing to Vanderbilt has made me puke the few times it has happened in my 52 years. I must say, knowing a few fans of every other SEC team and a few from other conference teams, I can have a varying amount of respect for them all. I don't know a single Vanderbilt fan, and am richer for it. I can safely say there is no program out there that I despise more than the commode whores. Their campus is a sewer, & their stadium should be condemned. For that matter, they shouldn't call themselves Vanderbilt, because most of their players, if they graduate, will do so with a diploma from Peabody College. I can see no redeeming value in Vanderbilt University, and my disdain for their existence will go with me one day to my grave.

Sorry if that seems extreme, but no matter what, this next season, I want the Vols to humiliate Vanderbilt. Not just win. I am talking an epic beatdown that makes them contemplate disbanding their football program forever. In conclusion, I hate Vanderbilt. Or was that at all in question?
