Some students are trying to put a blackout together. UTAD is not endorsing it for 2 reasons: Black is not a part of the uniform color and black is one of S. Carolina's colors.
I guess a smattering of students could proceed with this idea.

Let's have a "checkerboard out." Checker different sections of the stadium with white, and others with orange, to make a checkerboard throughout the stadium. Tell everyone who comes to bring a white shirt and an orange shirt. If you're going to be sitting in a white section, use your orange shirt to wave, and vice versa.

Yeah, that sounds pretty simple to coordinate for 100,000 people, with about 10,000 of them drunk.

Doubt I qualify as a regular, but I have to agree with you on this one - it's been about enough to make me quit checking in. I do think most fan bases... correction - most msg boards (which, IMO, do not really reflect the temperament of the majority of the fanbase) are like that. You probably haven't seen it lately on Gator msg boards because y'all are riding a pretty good wave right now.

They lose to UCLA, and Crompton should be executed and what a huge mistake it was to have fired Fulmer. They lose to UF and its half we didn't totally suck and half they beat us again. They beat Ohio, but its half we only won by a little bit and half at least we won. They lose to Auburn and the revolution is on! They beat UGA and they are right back where they belong!

All the new appareal that Dicks Sporting Goods is caring in the black color is awesome.. I will wear all black for the South Carolina Game for sure....:D

so how would they do this do they put black shirts and glow sticks in the seats or do they make everyone have there own shirt and just give out the glow sticks

it would probably be up to the fans to bring a black shirt and they would most likly hand out the glowsticks at the gate

100,000 fans with a stick in their hands...hmmmm doesn't seem like a well thought out plan to me. Alcohol consumption + glow sticks= aerial missles on the field.

I heard the shirts were going to be really good quality, you know, like the "hefty tee". And they are actually going to have glow pumpkins in everyone's seats instaed of glowsticks so it will be much brighter. Also coupons for 3 free krystal chicks. I can't wait!
