He said Tyndall and Hart were "backing down the NCAA" in March 2015. He then started his "Hart hired Barnes before firing Tyndall" conspiracy theory and then claimed the NCAA would end up not punishing Tyndall. He then disappeared about a year (well that handle at least) after Tyndall got the 10 year show cause only to show up again when the lawsuit talk started.

So simply put, no he most definitely has not been right "all along", in fact he hasn't been proven right at all.

Unless my name is brought up in an accusing manner, I am perfectly content to let this matter play out to its conclusion, and that day is coming only when it comes! I will click like when comments are made that I do agree with, however!

It has now been proven that O'Conner, Howard, and others completed coursework for student athletes at Northern Colorado University and all of this was unknown by Tyndall, Shumate, and Phillips. When 99% of the hearing evidence that the NCAA chose to ignore did not point to Tyndall, I guess you brilliant minds think he was masterminding Academic Fraud, Inc. Give me a break!

Where's Tyndall's 167 page appeal brief that was released to the media two months ago? Why hasn't there been anything written about what's in it? You keep ignoring this question. Surely you don't think that every member of the media decided, "oh hey, let's not break this story and have some morals about privacy."

I hope 60 Minutes drills the NCAA a new one. It is past time for the NCAA to be knocked off its bias attitude. I am not saying that a NCAA like organization is not needed, but that it has become a failure in administering unbiased rulings favoring certain Universities.

Whobe, those media members who gained access have to sign an agreement as to what they are going to use it for. Remember, this story is the exact opposite of what they spent months reporting. Those who make their living reporting on UT or Southern Miss cannot comment on a situation that could be negative for their institution. There have been numerous radio hosts that have had both DT and DJ on their programs telling their side of the story. They could not comment until the NCAA made their ruling in July. Now you are hearing the rest of the story. I really get tired of having to explain every single little detail to you because you don't understand so I will no longer clutter this thread with responses to your ridiculous posts. Read it or watch it in the media and be sure to get tickets to the movie premiere. ;)

So, none of them would've posed under anonymity to get that story out? I highly doubt it. The media has released far worse things than this. There's no way a lawyer would dangle something like that without wanting it to be let out.

And I've heard absolutely nothing except things from a guy with a 10 year show-cause, his lawyer that he pays to tell him what he wants to hear, and you quoting the lawyer's Twitter feed. That's it.

I didn't anticipate Hart praising Tyndall on Tuesday, Barnes becoming available on Wednesday, Hart rushing to the NCAA on Thursday (best friend), firing Tyndall on Friday, and hiring Barnes on the next business day, Monday. You can explain that one to me.

Unless UNC and Miami are mentioned 60 Minutes isnt doing anything to the NCAA -- The NCAA has hit bigtime programs with major sanctions -- ask Alabama and USC about it

LOL, now SeniorBuzz is claiming Hart rushed to the NCAA so he could hire his "best friend" Barnes?

Add "best friend" to the list of things SeniorBuzz doesn't seem to understand, since he also claimed Butch Jones and Tyndall were best friends.

Really hate to bring this thread back to life, but with Blackburn more than likely our next ad, I was wondering, what is his stance on Bruce? I understand it's highly unlikely Bruce is ever back, but I was wondering as to if there's any friendship, or connection there.
