He is willing to wait for us OMG this kid is awesome. And did you guys read the part about how his dad would want him to play in the south. Now compare that to our Scroggins situation.

I just wish the coaches would put him ahead of Brunetti and move on. Scroggins is clearly the best guy and they should pursue him until signing day but this kid would calm a lot of fans down about the Qb situation right now. I think he is better then Brunetti but who knows I am not an expert.

Brunetti already has an offer, he is a solid verbal to WVU tho. But I think come Feb, he will don a UT hat! Might as well get Grayson too tho

Me either. He could feel a little out of place at WVU.

He could have been away from TV when Rich Rod left and doesn't realize he's gone yet. That would be more like a WVU man.

I don't know about Brunetti being "easy" to get (seems like a solid to WVU).

Grayson seems to have alot of upside.....not sure he would help early.......nor Brunetti for that matter.

At this stage, I'm pretty sure having someone who stands behind the center would help.

Just watched this kids highlight film and he is impressive except he needs to learn to tuck the ball when he's running and not throw his arms out like that...A few of his passes seemed to hang in the air for it seemed like an eternity which hungry SEC defenses would feast on but all in all he has nice touch and I like his poise....Seems to be tough as nails too..He has a lot of upside IMO and think this staff could turn him into something special...I like him.

Let's offer now so we can say we have a QB. My god we are never going to win again if we don't get someone now! All these guys are leaving us! They can't play worth shI11 but lets still offer them. This is bullcrap for alot of you on here who's freaking out.There is a reason these guys don't have offers. We will get ours in due time, chill out flaming like little girls!

The optimistic side of me says if the staff isn't offering this guy yet, then maybe they're still hopeful on Scrogs. My gut feeling says OFFER! OFFER! OFFER! Of course I thought they should've offered Rettig much earlier too.

To prevent total frustration, I just have to keep reminding myself that these guys are some of the best recruiting coaches in the nation and they know a lot more than we do.

I was thinking somewhat along the same lines. However, I think he gets an offer immediately if Scroggins chooses USC. If by some miracle Scroggins chooses UT, I think we hold off on other QB offers until part of this season has played out. I have a feeling that our staff is very interested in what Cameron Newton does this year.

Maybe if I let CLK know that I got the #1 recruiting class in nation last night on NCAA 10, he will listen to me and offer this kid.
