This kid is sneaky, he talks so good about all the schools he was asked about. I hope he comes to us, but I think he might surprise people where ever he goes.

I don't think he's sneaky at all. I think with him you get what he is honestly feeling. He doesn't hold back at all with his opinion and he's one of those few recruits that you can really take what he says as exactly what he means. He's a kid that likes a bunch of schools and isn't sure where he is going yet.

From the interview he seems to be a great kid. Great personality. I've heard his mom is very involved. That could work out in our favor if we charm her. He's going to be a great one wherever he ends up. If he's not at UT, I hope he stays out of the SEC.

I don't mean to be a buzzkill but the more I hear about how good the Oku/Brown duo is, the kid seems less and less of a priority. I think we will have plenty of time in the next couple of years to get some really good RB's. So even if we don't land him it's no biggie to me. However, I do understand the depth at running back position argument.

I see what your saying man and I know its not like a huge blow if we do not get this kid but think of the trio we could have... And I also think that oku will play alot more slot in his career then people expect

With BB and Oku....i don't see this kid at UT.

Same reason eveyone here has bashed Scroggins for USC........Depth Chart problems!

Same situation!

and where did Scroggins end up?

I think we are in it for this kid more than some think...

it is laughable to me to read that some people think we "don't need him" because we got brown and oku...

oku is not an every down back...he will play a limited role and hopefully can make the most of his touches.

to say that we don't need the #1 RB in this class is just ridiculous. If BB got hurt next year, how nice would it be to have Seastrunk behind him...like when Jamal Lewis went down and Travis Henry stepped in...

after a 5-7 season, you don't turn away talent like this.

I said I don't think we will GET him because of the depth chart. Like I said......everyone bitc*ed at Scroggins for going to USC with a ton of QB talent, why would Seastrunk come here with the same situation????

Read the entire post and UNDERSTAND it before you rip me! I would love to have someone with his talent and never said to "turn away talent like his"! He would be a huge asset at UT!......I just don't see it happening.
