Willis to UNC isn't official yet. It is just very very likely. A very reliable source close to his recruitment has said he will most likely end up with UNC because of Butch Davis and the NCAA probe of UT.

I agree...before we give up on this dude, let's see if he can say no to Lane, Monte, and Big ED on his "in home" visit...I still think he picks the Orange Cap!...GBO

the key to turning willis back to the vols is the in-home visit. we have to convince him that the whole NCAA probe-thing is BS created by butch davis to encourage you to switch to UNC...

we have to convince him that UT will ultimatly be cleared of all wrong doing (which is the likely scenario) and that UNC has been lying yo him this whole time...

recruits hate being lied to...ask any florida recruit...

If the kid thinks UNC is a promising football career and program, their really is no rationalizing with him....

Stalking FBs has nothing to do with it..... I hate when people post stuff as fact on a message board and it not be true....This is not including when you hear about recruits school decisions because they change they're minds every minute sometimes.... but when talking in a past reference saying they haven't talked lately, then they should get completely called out.... IMO

It really seems like your seriously trying to grasp onto anything to concinve yourself and others that Willis will stick with UT, and it just isn't likely ATM.

so is miller still solid???? i seen some crap about him and quarles at usc????? if willis wants to go to unc and watch unc play basketball for championships .. then let him go piss on him

Miller will be at UT... No question about it.. He's already looking into classes

Let me preface this by saying that the closest I come to "inside info" on Willis is that I drove by Spartanburg today. However, this kid has supposedly been heading all sorts of ways except to K'ville for weeks now. The two constants throughout those weeks are that he remained a UT commit and continued to attend UT games on his own dime.

I don't know what he'll end up doing... but right now he hasn't changed anything.... and has no reason not to do so if he's changed his mind.

FTR, if he makes an incredibly stupid choice and goes to UNC then good riddance. At UT, he'll play on national TV about 50% of the time. At UNC, almost never. At UT, he'll play in front of a dedicated football fanbase. At UNC, fans don't even travel to Charlotte to watch their bowl game... No matter what he or the team does... they'll always be second to the basketball teamS (men and women).

And it's a sig, not an avatar.... but either way it's as queer as fishing in the desert.

I'm right more than I'm wrong though. I called Fulton, Bray, and Palardy among others. I've only been wrong about 2 players on this board: James and Luc. Everyone was wrong about Luc (thus far). I was the ONLY person calling James to UGA and I ended up being wrong. What can I say? I went out on a limb and it broke on me. :dunno:

Miller and J. Smith are about as solid as it gets. They will be Vols come hell or high water.
