10 Reasons LSU will crush Tennessee

1. Tyrann Mathieu - The honey badger is the best player in the country. LSU fans know expect him to force at least 1 turnover a game. I think this is the week he brings back a punt for a td.

2. Matt Simms - Simms is talking some smack about how he wants LSU blah blah blah. I can't wait until he meets big Sam Montgomery who was hurt for this game last season.

3. Playing for a championship - LSU is playing for a national championship. Tennessee is playing to go to a bowl at this point.

4. D-line depth - Mingo, Adams, Brockers, Logan, Montgomery, Ferguson, Edwards, Rasco, Agayehere, Downs will all play on Saturday. It will be a race to the qb.

5. Lack of UT running game - You have to run the ball to win, especially against LSU.

6. Atmosphere - From reading the posts on here, it appears the atmosphere in Neyland will be pretty lame besides the tiger band and fans.

7. 2 Qb's - When 2 qb's play on most teams there is a controversy, but not this one. Miles, Studrawa and Kragthrope have developed a system and gameplan that is great for both qb's.

8. John Chavis - Chavis wants to show Tennessee fans what they are missing. 3rd and Chavis is a thing of the past now that he is at LSU.

9. RB depth - LSU will pound UT with a few different running backs. Spencer Ware will wear out the dline and linebackers and then Ford & Blue will run past them.

10. Dooley - Dooley has been trying to play the "LSU is so great. It's an honor to play them" card. Miles is upset that a lesser coach in Dooley has hung with LSU the past couple of season. It won't happen again.

Simms wants LSU because he has not started a game in a year. That is different than talking smack. Tennessee has a snowball's chance to beat LSU, but stranger things have happened. Don't get too cocky. Oklahoma should be number one.

OP, you had to narrow the list down to 10? That must have been hard for you, especially since you used a whole box of crayons and construction paper to write them on.

He plays cornerback against 2 wr sets. There is a reason that a defensive player is getting serious heisman talk. I can't wait for Saturday.

Two points:
1) Mathieu is a great player but isn't the best in the country.
2) You're an idiot.

Are you the same "Fearthehat" that was on that WVU forum? I remember cause i keep thinking your name is featherhat. But you seem to be doing the same here as you were there.

You guys suck anyway. LSU is legit. They beat us and God knows that you all can't hold a light to Oregon. Besides, remember last year? 48-13. Go Ducks!

This might set a record for the shortest tenure of any poster in VN history.

"Quack...Quack...Quack...Quack...Quack...Quack...You hear that? That's not the sound of a win for UT. 48-13. Besides, you couldn't win a game of 52 pickup with Matt Simms. You barely beat UAB with him last year. 2 Overtimes? F-A-I-L Fail Fail Fail! And might I add.. Quack

fearthehat, you are right in one aspect, this isn't last year! LSU may look better in all aspects of the game, but they did last year too (WHICH LSU LOST)!! This is the SEC and anything can happen!! Go ahead and toot your horn all you want!! If the impossible as you say happens, you can tell us how the old croow tastes!!!

Sweet, you pounded the least talented team Tenn has had in 30 years. A real accomplishment right there.....

Actually.. You haven't been good since Peyton Manning left. 2 years ago.. you lost on your HOMECOMING to Wyoming. Wyoming was SO awful that they missed, not one, but TWO PAT's. The SEC is a great conference, but for the last 30 years, you are right, Tennessee is a bottom-feeding school.

That was a horrible Tennessee team. Tennessee is one of the most storied programs in college football history, and they will be back.

Coming here to talk trash a year later is pretty cool, though. Maybe we should talk about that ole season opener? Or how about your national championship performance? You guys sure looked good against the last two SEC defenses you played. If you want to talk trash, do it with teams that are comparable in conference position (i.e. Oregon (top of Pac-12) and Auburn (was top of SEC) and LSU (one of top of SEC)).

Most ignorant post in history of VN nominee.

You might need to check your facts...dip****..especially as a Johnny-come lately and soon to be also-ran program....8-4 is the best the quacks will muster this year...:eek:lol:

UT was a horrible penalty call away from beating LSU last year, in death valley. UT was much worse last year than we are this year, IMO. It's amazing what that #1 next to your name can do to someone's ego.

You know we won the national title the year after Peyton left right?

Score one for the backwoods folks. Congratulations, you beat us because we couldn't hold on to the ball. Congrats to you my friend. It wasn't like you upset us. Besides, you can't even beat Alabama. None of the SEC teams can. The only reason Auburn was in the championship game last year was because of SCAM Newton. Woohoo boys!

HAHA:lolabove::lolabove: Sour grapes? You couldn't hold on to the ball because we took it from you. You were ranked ahead of LSU and favored in the line, so it was an upset (although not a surprise). We beat Alabama last year, and Auburn was just cleared. Do you need me to set you straight on anything else? I don't mind charity work.

Are you really this stupid or just pretending?
