I'm not sure we were all that interested in either of those guys.

There was enough interest that we eventually (eventually) offered those guys... Rettig we offered apparently only after BC came with an offer. Brunetti was twisting in the wind for about at least a week after his camp in June. By that time, doubt an anxiety set in and he pulled the trigger on WV. But we can't just say that there wasn't any interest in them when they werw offered.

I guarantee you they would at this point. And if that's the case then they should have had the foresight to see that the situation they now find themselves in was a real possibility. JMO.

Things looked pretty good with Scroggins when he visited. I think VN would have been pretty pissed if we'd have taken Brunetti and Rettig and Scroggins is now picking between Florida and USC.

that still would of been two decent QBs we could of had, instead of none that we have now...

just get some JC qbs in here and lets get to work. Good grief its like trying to get a date with the prom queen then finding out she has herpes. Why get so stressed out over something that will probably not amount to much?

I'm pretty sure herpes does amount to much. Not that you'd be betting anything from the prom queen regardless.
