I would argue there's a point to the threads, to indicate news with a big-time HS player. I might want to know if he's committing somewhere, flopping to another team, etc. But anyone who comes into Scroggins/Prater threads expecting news as it relates to the Tennessee Vols is likely going to leave disappointed, and it does kind of get old.

It's sporadic, but usually they list any schools that he's mentioned interest in the past, taken visits to, received offers from, etc. They rarely update the "interest levels" but in Prater's case it seems pretty accurate because USC, Oklahoma, and Illinois are the only visits he seems to be taking.

Montrell Hardy... I don't know much about the guy, but he is usually money. It's possible that he is wrong about Prater and Scroggins, but I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt. He's one of the worthwhile posters in the recruiting forum.

It's looking like USC is still the front-runner, but OU is gaining ground if not surpassing them. We have a better chance at Scroggins (almost none). If any staff could gain ground quickly it would be ours.
