'10 IL WR Kyle Prater

Fulton, Milton, and Prater are VERY close friends. The feeling around the staff is IF Prater makes it in this weekend and Milton commits, then Prater may as well. Thats a big if since Prater didnt make it in last time, but I expect Prater to make it in Saturday. Prater is a longshot if you ask me, but not according to the staff.

He must want to go play for Tee. If we can't beat those two out somwthing is definiely wrong. Illinois and New Mexico? What does an Illini and a Lobo have on a Vol????

I think he ends up in Oklahoma. The Big12 is a big time WR conference, because they don't have good secondaries. It really doesn't matter because he be a start any where, but I say OU.

BTW LV I just read a rivals article on B Sims. Maybe he is happy after all at UA. I didn't realize he just came to UA again, and the interview with him was very positive in regards to his commitment. That could change but right now he is pretty happy. I thought different myself, but who knew.

Why is Cory Lemonier's finalists Illinois and New Mexico. Odd top two.

I will see if I can find the article but a while back there were 3 players from Florida including him that all went out there to visit because New Mexico is recruiting them hard. Very starnge but whatever.

IIRC New Mexico offered the entire school DL and promised them that they would all have starting jobs the day they stepped on campus

I think Darius White is going to OU for sure and I think Cobbs likes the Sooners more than he is saying. I also think OU leads for McCay and Prater. That being said, at best, they get 2 of them. Hopefully Prater will look elsewhere when White commits...

What do you expect Sims to say in that article?

Hillside (Ill.) Proviso West wide receiver Kyle Prater has Illinois and Oklahoma on top and knows he will take official visits to see the Sooners as well as USC. Alabama, Tennessee and Notre Dame are also in the mix near the upper half of his list. Prater will take an unofficial visit to Tennessee on Aug. 1.

- Mike Farrell...

I was waiting on someone to bring it up. Do something with the two states because 2 are from Illinios and 2 are from Fla.

Why are you just now coming out with these sources. Where have they been the last year+ you have been on this site? Just curious when someone pops up and starts claiming a source.

My grandfather has made good relationships with the staff, and I get my info from them.

I heard OU hasn't coming after Cobbs for whatever reason just like Texas backed off and USC. Also I was surprised to hear that he came to UA again recently. Any article posted by rivals or any subcription site is trash for the most part they spin and include only what they need to get their particular fans excited and that goes for every school.
