Thanks vader. I had heard somewhere that distance was going to be a factor, I see that it prolly wont now. His dad seems pretty pumped about it too.

Eric Berry's dad is an awesome recruiter!

He landed the best athlete we've had on the Hill in quite some time.

Could this be a repeat performance?

I would say so. I mean the coaches can try and convince reciever prospects that rettig or rees or whomever we get will turn out to be a solid qb and the very well could end up being one, but Scroggins is much more highly recruited and the lets be honest we know that and the receiver prospects know it

I have to agree. The defense seems to be coming together well. Prater & Scroggins would be the linchpin to a whole new attack, along with the weapons we already have.

And that is what Kiffin has to be selling to them. You come in and your the building blocks to this system. Some can handle it some can't, that's where your leaders emerge.

It's so hard to say which is needed more. Definitely JS is first, but KP and JL are needed at their positions also. I feel if JS commits to UT, the rest will all fall in line and also start looking at UT harder and or commit to UT themselves.

I just have the gut feeling if Scroggins comes here we get both Ambles and Prater. That being said, I dont think Scroggins comes here.

Sounds like Milton is coming to UT from the article on VQ. Prater, Milton, Reed, Ambles, Cobb. 3/5 would be incredible

If we get Reed there's a good chance we get Lache Seastrunk too

Scroggins, Prater, Ambles, Milton and then Luc and J.Smith on defense would cement this as the No.1 class, IMHO

I don't know if we'll get him. I just want him. He transfered to Hargrave for athletic not academic reasons. Kid has a great attitude and is intelligent.

He is very business-like in his preparations for football and we have the best D-line coach and D-coordinator. If he makes a pick for college, like he made for his final year of high school, then Tennessee has an edge over Miami and USC.
