Thank You for saying that its about time somebody brought that up because that was all that was said about bryce until he signed with UT. If the kid wants to look let him this is a free country.

I agree that Bryce seems to be a great kid with a great attitude..however last year during the recruiting of him a lot of people were beginning to question his character and think he was being an attention hog because of him stretching out his decision to March, having his own personal trainer/agent, and having a recruiting website just for him that charged, etc, etc..I personally believe he is a great kid, but some questioned his attitude during his recruitment.

Apples and oranges, IMO. Bryce Brown didn't go out of his way to give indications as to where he was going. To his credit, he didn't give out much info at all. In any given day, Ambles is either wearing UNC gear, chillin in a limo in SC, hollering at the Hogs on his own live video feed, talking up LSU, or visiting Knoxville on the sput of the moment. All this after being right up there with Corey Miller in his efforts to recruit other players to UT. No comparison whatsoever to the Bryce Brown situation from last year.

Exactly what I've been saying all along. There were NO flights cancelled out of Charlotte into Knoxville tonight except for a 6:56 flight that was filled by a later one. Kids getting worked up over a young punk playing them.

Yeah Tennacious, why'd you have to go and mention "high character" and "great work ethic"? You know being a good Christian kid is the end all be all of being a good kid!

He had better get a move on if he wants to sign with someone in the SEC. If I did the math right, LSU can only sign two more players then their class will be full. And I don't know if I'm correct on this or not, but Auburn has 28 currently committed, and backcounted 5 I think, so that means they can only take 2 more. So...if Markeith keeps going past signing day, and these players that are committed sign, and LSU/Auburn pick up two more players, then he wouldn't have a spot. Again, I could be completely incorrect. It just seems that with this limit that is set, it makes it hard to get kids after Signing Day unless you leave them a place. Can someone more knowledgeable than me tell me if I'm correct or not? I may very well not be.

if he's even there. I just saw a poster say that only one flight was cancelled from Charlotte to Knoxville and it was replaced with another one. If that's true, then why didn't Ambles get on that one? Why is he supposedly stuck there overnight?

Beat me to it: Wes Rucker tweeted, "Ambles said tonight that he might not sign anywhere on Wednesday. Auburn and LSU might be in the picture now. It never ends with him..."

I just don't know what to think about this guy. I really don't. He is playing so many games with people that nobody knows whether to take him seriously or not. We shall call him "The little boy that cried, 'I'm visiting Tennessee this weekend."

Yeah you can see it on the link below you have to put Charlotte as the airport and select the date and time from this page but it shows flights at 8:30 and 10:30 took off for and landed in Knoxville tonight

It's called attention. These kids are trying to get everything they can out of the process. What can you expect? They're 17-18 year old kids.

Are you joking? You're the one reading more into the words than is there. Just because someone adds the Christian part as one of their attributes, it in no way implies that all the other characteristics are exclusive to a christian kid. Atheist folks really seem to get all bent out of shape at any such reference...I'm waiting to hear a spurious "separation of church and state" (which is written no where in our constitution or any founding documents, BTW) argument any time now. :whistling:

Mods forbid any reference to the Deity anywhere in the public domain. :naughty:...right?

Umm...yes. Your sarcasm detector may need a tuneup. I was sticking up for you by pointing out that you DIDN'T limit your description of BB to simply being a "good Christian kid," but also described him as having work ethic and good character. Sorry if that was lost in translation. :)
