I am not going to name names, but whoever in this thread says that they are glad he is gone is out of their damn mind. First of all he has done nothing wrong since he committed to us, and he was going to be instrumental to our passing game. He is probably the most skilled WR in this class and recruited hard for our beloved Vols while he was committed. I for one am going to wish him luck wherever he goes, and would expect the same from the rest of the true Vols fans. Other than maybe being an attention whore, he is a heck of a reciever and will make plays for any team in the country. Its just a shame it will not be us, so don't bash him, just give him some respect that he deserves.
Good Luck MA
If and I say if we can pull Rogers than I wouldn't care were Ambles went as long as it's outside the SEC. And I really wish him the best of luck.
I agree and this is something else that is funny, and I am not by any means saying you. But a lot of people on here say good riddance and glad he is gone, while at the same time saying boy I don't want him going to Florida, Alabama, LSU, Georgia, or anyone else in the SEC. The reason, he is that good and we do want him here at the real UT.
I can't see how he thinks he is going to get to play early..I mean they are stacked. Prater, Woods, and now Ambles? Good luck seeing the field...
I wouldn't say I'm "glad" that this guy is gone.... But we really don't need him. I've never seen such a loaded class of receivers coming to TN. Milton 6'6'', Hunter 6'4'', and Meline 6'2''??? AND they are all 4 star recruits. AND they are all fast and can jump through the roof. But most importantly, these guys aren't making a spectacle of themselves and streaming live webcasts while acting like a complete fool. Tennessee has never had an affinity for wr's that think they are bigger than the team. Rather, over the years guys like Meachem, Swain, Washington, Stallworth, Price, Nash, Kent and others (at least while at UT) just did their job. They let their play on the field speak for them. So Ambles will fit in great at USC, but I don't think he'd be well received at UT.
