'10 GA OT JaWuan James

Depth charts.

Bama didn't chase him down because they aren't dying for OL like we are. They also had other OL targets in sight. I'm sure they did try to change his mind but I highly doubt they are still recruiting him at this point with their scholly #'s where they are.

If there was any school that could've stolen him from us late, it would've been UGA. But that's not happening, so I hereby inform VN that I will be repping the sig (bet with LV back in late summer that JJ would choose UT/UGA) for the 3 month time period of Jan 1 to March 31st as I said I would. I'm a man of my word.

Eh oh well - I'm sure he'll gladly make you a smaller one for the avatar as well - I've already seen it - but I, as well as many others, find signatures pretty annoying and obnoxious half the time so I keep 'em turned off.

gotta love the future:

Impressive OL
10:56 a.m. ET -- Chaz Green (uncommitted) and Ja'Wuan James (Tennessee) continue to be amongst the most impressive offensive lineman on the White team. Both are getting back into their pass set quickly and using their hands well.

There is a lot to like with James: a good offensive line body, a strong base and good height. He does a nice job of keeping his feet under him and not over-extending himself. He plays with good pad level for a player of his size. He has a good understanding of creating the pocket for the quarterback and looks to be a true offensive tackle on the next level.

From Rivals when listing the stars of Thursday's UA practice

• There were rumblings during Under Armour All-America Game practice that Tennessee had emerged as the team to beat for ESPNU 150 offensive tackle Chaz Green (Tampa, Fla./Catholic). Should the Vols end up with Green, he would team up with Under Armour All-American Ja'Wuan James (Suwanee, Ga./North Gwinnett), giving Tennessee one of the most impressive pairs of tackle prospects in this recruiting cycle. Scouts at the practices leading up to the game and the game itself felt like James was an elite tackle prospect and one of the best ones they had seen during the three-year history of the game.
