Once Kiff gets his players in here, year 3 IMO. Thats when I can bash him for a poor performance.

There is a lot to like with James: a good offensive line body, a strong base and good height. He does a nice job of keeping his feet under him and not over-extending himself. He plays with good pad level for a player of his size. He has a good understanding of creating the pocket for the quarterback and looks to be a true offensive tackle on the next level.
