'10 GA ATH Da'Rick Rogers

I think we could use him for depth, first of all Nick S is gone next year, then Simms is gone I believe the year after that, and Nick L will be a full time clipboard holder, and that only leaves us with Bray. I don't think it will be bad to pick this guy up. Especially if it helps us with Rogers

+1

Interesting to see that most O commits are still on board since Chaney is still in the fold...shows how important he really was.

I watched his highlights and he is def a solid QB that looks pretty impresive and it looks like he comes from a solid team. I've also watched tape on Chaney's offense from when he was at Purdue and the offense that Dooley ran last yr at La Tech and the QB was used a little bit for sneaks I'm talking about on a 2nd and 5 he would call a sneak and the Def wouldn't be expecting it at all (good play call actually) and Chaney's Brees would roll out to the opposite side of the trip WR's to trick the defense and gain like 10 yds every time. My guess is that is why they see potential in Nance b/c he's used in similar ways on his film as well and he runs a 4.7.

Watched NANCE in the championship game and he doesn't have the are to throw down field...Rodgers would be a good pick up but nance would be on the sidline..He won't play at vanady....

^ me too bro it actually looks pretty good with Rogers now since the former staff is gone. I'd love to get him!

Not to be "captain obvious" but its got to help us with Rogers since we have Dooley. Georgians know the Dooley name and trust it. It sounded like we had a shot with him with the other coaches but I think it took a huge step forward with Dooley. This would be a huge first recruit to pick up - although not the greatest need (OL)

I say no to Searels (sp) to OL coach. They have mostly 4 star OL and they have multiple false start and holding penalties a game since he's been there. We can find a better coach than him for OL, IMO.

...or maybe these kids committed to the University of Tennessee and not to a coaching staff. Gee, there's a novel concept.

It's great to be a Tennessee Volunteer!

They started 4 different LT and started a freshman C. I'd say he's doing the best he can.

I am not a big fan of package deals, but if there ever was a time for one this would be it. Rogers and Ambles would be quite a combination.

Reading on TOS as well as Dawgchat that supposedly Dooley had a meeting tonight at Calhoun high school with Da'Rick and Nance. The players supposedly asked their coach to arrange a meeting with Dooley. Good sign.......

Its gonna be amazing to see how Respect for Dooley will get us a long way with Coaches and Parents :dance2:

Chaney and Dooley were in house with them for a long long time accdg poster on TOS....it sounds to me that Dooley is very very strategic with a heavy focus on GA..i think almost every coach is there today and tomm visiting guys he watched on film yesterday

Da'Rick Rogers, Ambles, Milton, and Meline wouldn't be fair...

Pulling Rogers would be a huge instant victory for CDD, too...
