Yeah and Georgia is such a powerhouse. Highly ranked all the time and gets worse as the season goes on. Not to mention only 1 national championship EVER in football. I forgot how much better Georgia was than Tennessee overall.

Why does everyone give Richt crap on here? I've met him and been to a Georgia camp. He was cordial and I had a lot of fun until my MCL got sprained. I met the whole staff and it was a great experience. The program he runs is intense. Maybe not on the level as our new staff but I can see why players would go play for Richt.

Saint Richt is no doubt a great person, but I'll stand by my statement that they have peaked. I agree he is a good recruiter and coach, but they had their shot last year with that talent. Richt is going to be the next Fulmer.

i never said uga was better overall than the vols. and by the way uga has 3 national champships in football:thumbsup:

1980 and what other years?

1927- got beat by Georgia Tech- no national title
1946- Notre Dame was voted champion
1968- lost your bowl game

You seem to think you have a few phantom championships

Not trying to feed the trolls here however this is from Wikipedia.

"The Bulldogs have brought home two national championships in their storied history: a shared title in 1942 and a consensus national championship in 1980 (several polls recognized the Bulldogs as national champions in 1927, 1946, and 1968, as well)."
