Could this be because UF is still looking at James Louis and it's been rumored they don't care for each other?
It could be, but you guys crack me up. When Louis went to OSU it was because you slowed played him BECAUSE the guy you really wanted was Dunkley. Now you guys believe that you could lose Dunkley because you now want Louis.k:
If you lose both because the scenario is true... Is it a huge recruiting blunder?opcorn:
Or perhaps just a plan to get better wrs next year? :dunno:
Funning thing Clearwater is that I was asking a question to B2BG but since you chimed in; yes it would be a recruiting blunder just like UT not taking a commit from TJ Leifheit or Stone for the hopes of getting commits from J James and Chaz Green or V. Hampton for the hopes of Dixon,Wright, Bryant and Dorsey. ALL programs want and wait to see if they are in play for higher ranked recruits on their board its a gamble but if/when it works out its well worth it imo. :search:
I didn't look at whom you were directing the question. I'm not used to 2 gators talking back and forth here.
The situation with TJ you mention would become like the Louis situation IF UT is forced to re-recruit him because the bigger fish are not panning out. As of now, it is a completely different situation.
I think Dunkley's recruitment is much more open then people previously thought. UT has a very good chance if he has a great visit. One thing you can count on, Dunkley will leave the visit with a less then positive opinion about Florida.
So was Percy Harvin. Whats your point?
But at the same time, I want our roster stacked with huge WRs like Kiffin had at USC.
Ambles is 6'2" and Milton is 6'6". Delvin Jones, if he qualifies and doesn't decommit, gives us another 6'6" target at TE. A burner like Dunkley would be the perfect complement to our big receivers in this class.
I believe Cobbs is also 6'2" now, but I didn't include him in this list for now because many are speculating that he will end up on defense. But he also has the physical tools to be a great WR, IMO, if the coaches decide to go that route with him.
Don't forget the possibility of Green enrolling, he's 6' 4".

Hmm... Seems like I've been saying this for a while, but you kept bashing me. There was always info out there about him liking UT...
We are recruiting a bunch of WR's--not just Louis. I think most feel Dunkley is still a Gator but this is the first time that I have thought it was 50-50 between Florida and Tennessee. Dunkley us rumored to "really be feeling" UT at this point.
