Fitz was at the game and on the UF sideline. GC's photographer has a pic of him in the premium section. I was just saying it's nice to have NFL guys talk to your players and recruits even if they didn't go to your school. Just like how we have Bill Belicheck come in during spring ball.

Kinda like how Mike Tomlin comes in for our spring practices? And Peyton Manning and Haynesworth train with the team? Only difference is our star players actually went to the school.

great... you had a player that went to Pitt come in and tell recruits that they should go to Florida??? how much are you paying him??? that would be like peyton manning going to west virginia and telling recruits to go there... i bet he just wanted to see a good football game and never said a word to the recruits or the team for that matter

Yeah that Emmit Smith was awful, only the league's all time leading rusher. Percy first 2 games sucked he's only scored 2X come on. And on the Powell front I simply stated a rumor, and in the post it says it was a rumor. Im sorry I can't provide links to paid websites but that's where most of my info comes from as well as a few sources with the team. I post on this site because I like to hear what other teams are hearing and this site has some excellent posters with some very good info. And fwiw Powell is all Gator according to most sites and this weekend went very well.

I listed those two on purpose because one is a current player who just entered the league and is excelling and one is a past player who has since retired.

Heck, Meachem was the 7th overall pick in the draft, and Hannon has seen significant playing time. Mark Jones has seen more time than most gators.
