Vol2013 posted it in a thread not long ago. I read a thread on another site about him and Edwards looking foward to playing against their old coach in the first game. That's all I know.

He got a second chance. So what's the point? Most of us wanted him here if he could get himself together. So ... were still here. I don't think I ever said anything to you about him though. He's gone now. Good luck to him.

You probably didn't, but I knew some of the kid's background, and some of your posters weren't having it when I told them UT did not want to fool with him.

All they saw was the 5 stars next to his name, etc.

Pat Martin left for personal reasons, but there's a little more to it. Rumors are he wasn't what he was built up to be. Meline left because he wasn't going to play any time soon. Not to mention, he never settled in a position here. Flipped back and forth between DB and WR.
