yeah i have always stated that Dorsey and Matt didn't mix....IMO Dorsey doesn't have an ego issue like Matt but he does need to feel wanted and IMO UF didn't really make him a priority until the Matt-opera and his grad issue got cleared up.

Florida's class is amazing, even without Dorsey, but the defensive class FSU is pulling in will get over shawdowed, but it is down right nasty. I'm impressed with Jimbo and his staff have done recruiting, the question is can they coach them up, because the talent has always been there.

The U will be back just not nat title back. I agree Shannon is keeping them back. Their backfield is stacked and also wr and dl. they are like us with some ol problems comming up.

Kid hasn't decommitted but one of the MOD on GB spoke with him and he said that UF hasn't contacted him, also they were also suppose to visit today but as of 8 pm no one came knocking.......its also a rumor about a Math class that he can't get cleared thru the NCAA clearinghouse. Either way kid won't be a gator.

Mack Brown to FSU is as legitimate as the recent Lamarcus Joyner to UF rumors. Neither one is going to happen. Mack Brown is tired of having to come out every two weeks and say he's not going to FSU. He's not visiting FSU this weekend, he's receiving a visit from his future position coach and Addazio this week and he's already scouting out a good place to sign his LOI to Florida that can fit the people coming out to support him.

If you actually want to talk about a Florida recruit who actually is a possibility to switch then stick to Dorsey. Instead perpetuating reports from unnamed sources someone actually talked to Demar today. Though he's still considering other schools he shot down the rumor that he decommitted.

We can only hope that UF has such an insane class that when the inevitable freshman frustration happens, the superstar studs we know will turn into amazing players go on a robbery spree.

Maybe a wealthy individual (Vol, Cane, Bammer, Nole) will send free AK 47s to Floyd, Powell, Elam etc.

Please, for heavens' sake, no more incidents involving guns that can in any way be involved to UT. I have come to hate them so much I am considering using a slingshot the next time I go hunting with my dad.

the best way to judge a class is if they filled needs..whats the point of 3 5 stars wrs and 2 5 starss runningbacks when you need offensive lineman..you feel me?

Which is why everyone used to complain about how Ron Zook was a dumb recruiter. He never filled needs.

Urban Meyer has been pretty good at it.

Hey I could careless if we get Mack or not, but all im saying is that there is def. something going on whether you want to believe it or not....As for Dorsey he's a Nole I dont care what he's telling your GB mods, he's gone.

All the babble about these recruits that DEFINITELY are NOT coming to UT bums me out because when we see these threads at the top of the list we wonder if we have some kind of new found hope just to click and see more "ain't got nuthin' to do with UT" junk. It's a lil' bit depressing. Let the dead die.

Kid only scored a 17 on his ACT so he may only get into FSU, not sure about SC but FSU could sign/place like Willie Downs and everyone can do it all over again next year lol....kid is a stud but I would rather him play for UT or Noles than that snake "X" lol.

All im going to say is that I wouldnt be a bit suprised if he's a Nole NSD, and im not being a homer on that because we really dont need him it would be a much bigger loss for UF than gain for us...
Dorsey does scare me, as I said no matter who he signs with the team is going to be in a battle to keep him qualified...not getting my hopes up on him even if he does sign with us.

Dont look at the thread than.....I would think you would want to know if the Gators are going to lose 2 of their better recruits.

"Last night four-star athlete Demar Dorsey told GBN that as far as he knew, the team he was publicly committed to, the Florida Gators, would not be visiting him this week.

He only had coaches coming in from FSU, USC and Michigan.

I inquired today as to what the situation is between Florida and Dorsey and was told that UF is no longer recruiting him and that he can be taken off of the Gator commitment list"- Mark Wheeler GB MOD
