Alright thx for the update. I was just looking at Rivals and they still had UT as the leader, so I was just a little confused. But thanks for the update. Appreciated.

Just thought it was odd since most I've been reading on rivals has said nothing about Tennessee, and we haven't really been part of the duscussion for a couple of weeks now.

We could be done and still have Green.

He could have faxed his LOI in this morning and Dooley is keeping it quiet until Green makes his announcement this afternoon.

I gotta be honest, I know UT has had the shakeups this year but I am shocked that given his parents are alumni, they haven't seemed willing to give a little extra time and grace to the Vols and take a second look. I am not saying force the kid to go somewhere but seems to be little to no loyalty from the info I have heard on these boards, if they are correct.

Not all alumni leave UT overly impressed. Secondly they live in Tampa and it is a much closer drive to the best program in the SEC East than it is to UT. Everybody doesn't feel the same way about UT as some of the people on here.

You need to put the kool aid down....Florida is ahead of us the way we were ahead of Ole Miss at the time....Have you seen the kids they signed, 2 NC's in the last 4 years.....We have 2 NC's in the last 50....I mean c'mon if we're gonna try to justify why this guy may come to UT thats fine but at least be honest.

I understand the fact that you're probably gonna reply to the age and memory of these kids right now but Fl was nothing before Spurrier. We should have more NC's honestly but thats all theory. We win a few years from now and we're right there with FL.

Not what I was saying at all.

I was saying going to Florida is much more of a stab
In the back because of how big of a rivalry it is.

I know that Florida is way ahead of us, not dumb.

I need this iota of suspense to justify my being glued to the tube today. Tomorrow's schedule just cleared out for me because of the weather out here in New Mexico so I can breathe a tad easier.
