His parents went to UT, he's been rumored as a silent commit to UT for some time, his top 2 WAS UT/UF and now apparently due to the Meyer thing, he replaced UF with USC.....

the constant all along has been UT. Chaz knows what our depth chart at OL looks like and he is in love with our offense (really likes our zone run blocking)....

I don't know this for sure but I would say that is the issue..

It's hard to say.... there's no telling what goes on in the minds of these 17 year olds who are having people from all angles telling them how great they are.

I am going to say he commits before NSD, though. As unspecific as that is haha...
