Wow, this thread is really staying on topic... we're talking about homer fans and Urban Meyer in a Chaz Green recruiting thread....

How about some useful info instead of petty arguments?

I think we have an outside shot at getting Green with a good showing against UGA. I still think our best chances are with Leifheit, James, Glass, Stone, and Cullen on O-line.

I've been saying Leifheit is 60/40 UNC/UT and James is 60/40 UGA/UT, although LV will probably say the exact opposite %'s.... Glass I think will end up staying closer to home. He's very under-rated. Stone will come down to ND, Bama, and UT. Cullen I think is a Vol lean but haven't been hearing as much about him lately as I was when he first came onto our radar. I wanna say he's down to UT and Utah?? Maybe I'm wrong on that, someone can correct me.

I acctually believe that cullen is all vol I think james is more a lean this way now not sure about leifheit we will find out pretty soon after his visit today and green we are on the outside looking in.

I believe Leifheit would commit but I think Kiffin wants to make sure about Robinson, Arie, and Chaz 1st IMO.

I think we would wait to make sure about Robinson, Arie, and Chaz before going with Stone or Glass. But if Leifheit wants to commit, I think we take him right away

At this point kiffin would take a commitment from any of the ones you listed I don't see why he would make any of them wait cause they are all legit

I read somewhere that UT takes oline prospects very seriously and they know that 1 of every 2 will make it, Im just saying that if they have a certain group they want then they will strive to get that group, Kiff is so arrogant he believes he can sway anybody,lol.

It has been indicated that we may be holding off some OL commits just to try and pull the big timers. Even if it costs us a couple of guys, we are going after the studs...

I wonder how much today helped us with Green. I dont think you could have drawn up a better environment. Its a shame that two vol alums are letting their child choose the Gators. Not sure how THAT happens...

I think we greatly helped our chances with Green. Sounds like he had a blast. We have his parents in our corner too...

I think LV is spot on with Cullen and James. Green is having to make a very hard decision right now.
If I was a betting man, I think we get 3 out of the 4 including Leifheit.

He hasn't said anything that I've seen. Alot of things indicate he had a great time though. Got some texts during the game about him cheering and what not. I think his parents were going nuts during the game. Hens posted about seeing him at Calhoun's and that sounded great. A couple of people posted on VQ about talking to him, and he sounded like he loved it. All the rumors about him also indicate we made up alot of ground...

Oh sounds good I could see his parents they were having a blast but he was being blocked by some other big guy but by the way his parents acted I was pretty happy james I wasn't to excited about he showed no emotion but cullen I don't think there is any way he isn't a vol.

The odds say no right now. We will have to see what he says about his visit tomorrow and what the word on him is after he leaves. Ask me in the middle of next week...

Vol IMO...Early PT and two UT grads for parents will be too much. The longer it goes the worse for UF. I think he ends up a Vol.

that's funny...we all think he's a gator, and this gator thinks he's a vol, it seems like no-one has any confidence concerning this kids recruitment.
