Cuz FSU can't compete with UT in terms of money. The Vols have so much more money than the Noles it's ridiculous. We already have 4 assistant coaches making over what FSU offered Gran. Gran would also have to pay UT a bunch of money to get out of his contract since he would be making a lateral move. Just doesn't make any sense at all...

Tally is the ugliest college town I have ever seen. I couldn't believe it when I saw it. Unless it is the OC position or an insane amount of $, it is a ludicrous decision

as a college student who goes to fsu the campus is really nice and the town is fun as hell is just the surronding areas that are ugly

The problem is, does UT want to spend that much money on the position considering what they are paying the other assistant coaches? I don't know the answer to that.

Yea that's what i was thinking. Yeah we have a lot of assistants making money, but wouldn't that be a bad thing because we may not want to pay another guy big money because of all the big money we are already paying.

IMO that's why two of the lowest paid members of the staff are the ones we are talking about leaving.

It's starting to sound like that may be the case. UT doesn't seem all that eager to stop him from leaving. Just saying if UT wants him to stay, he will stay...

From what i've heard from UT and FSU is that its almost a done deal.....Is it true though that he got kicked out of a school in Pahokee FL a while back?

Yea, it's true, but I wouldn't worry too much about it. Pahokee is not like the normal world. Always some sort of drama down there...

that seems to where the smoke is blowing...however people in the know around the tennessee program still seem to think UT is in good shape with luc...

He's at FSU right now, and would be suprised if he doesnt commit by Mon./Tues.....with that said if he doesnt I think we have a problem.

Other than one legit source, I haven't seen anyone that is confident that we lead or land Luc.

This weekend is a big. If Gran goes to FSU, We will be pushing Nelson hard.
