Since the gators will be in a bowl game in Jan. I think he will announce that he is the head coach of some program before they play there bowl game. I think he will still coach in it just like Bo did at LSU.

UF is out. It's us or F$U.

What i've heard from a friend who's an F$U insider is Bowden is done, Jimbo Fisher will hire Kirby Smart as new DC and it'll be announced after the SECCG.

Might have to worry about Luc if all that comes to pass.

If you just got your first head coaching gig, would you wait any longer than necessary to get on the recruiting trail?

Strong and Tuberville are at the top of UL's list but I think Fulmer has an outside chance if they don't interview well or don't accept offer. Tuberville has always recruited the area well and he has a good relationship with the coaches at LMCHS so that may play a major role in the hire but Strong should get a chance this year but the BCS jobs may not be there. Not buying K Smart leaving Bama for FSU maybe for UGA since he's a UGA alum and from south ga. But leaving a school that will compete yearly for NC's plus the realtionship with Saban who gave him his GA gig. If anything he leaves for a HC gig not another DC job for a program on the decline.

So you really feel like its us or fsu also does anyone know if we will be making an in home visit to Luc I havent seen anything, sorry if its been answered if so do yall feel like monte kiffin would be a good coach to visit him or eddie gran or even lance thompson just want to know what ppl think

Guys, I'm not trying to throw smoke here but I keep hearing something on Luc might come out by this weekend or early next week.... also heard the only reason he may be waiting to commit to UT is to see what kind of job Strong might get and if it's a school he was already looking at or not. Almost an "out of respect" type thing...

Basically what I heard was that as soon as Charlie Strong knows where he's going, Luc will know where he's going... that's how it was put to me... again, basically out of respect Luc wants to see where Strong goes and see if it's even somewhere he was interested in or could be interested...

IMO it doesn't matter where Strong goes, because some are saying Luc is a silent to us. So it basically looks like when Strong goes somewhere, Luc will commit to UT a few days after. I'm not calling it, I'm just saying where there's smoke there's usually a fire (but not always).

IMO I think Luc is waiting till TCHS is eliminated from the playoffs before he commits. He does not like attention and I don't think he wants to be a distraction for his team in the playoffs.

bingo! He is a team guy and he wants a state title, they beat apopka and they would be in the drivers seat.

Talked to a couple of coaches today, apopka runs the single wing, they passed the ball 5 times in a 5ot 58-52 win vs dr phillips (#1 team in in 6a)

Apopka has never seen LB's like TCHS....everyone keeps saying Apopka is going to rolll TCHS, it could be very interesting, it maybe one of those 15+ tackle nights for Luc.
