Montrell...do you have any clue if his parent are even considering coming up here at all?

I know his recruitment has been very secretive and somewhat strange, so it may be impossible to know for sure...just thought you might have some insight.

If we don't see them come up before the end of November, it probably doesn't bode well for us. We have another month before I think anything will be official on him, IMO. We'll know then.

I really dont know. My "guess" based on what I've heard is that his parents probably wont take a visit to Tennessee. I've always had the impression they want him to stay in-state and close to home.

Yeah...I've always expected mid-November to be the point where we really start digging in and expect to hear something. I understand that if they don't make it up here, we can kiss Luc's monsterous rear-end goodbye. I'm just curious if anyone has heard whether or not they are actually planning on making the trip at all.

I'd assume no one has a clue...but you never know.

So have you cooled on the idea that he may be leaning our direction? I can't remember if you were one of the guys in the know who felt like the deal was practically sealed or not? I always thought that was a little too optimistic on our part.

No I've never felt Tennessee was in as great a shape with Luc as some others. I think they are in it more than I thought they would be but I dont think they are the leader by any means.

Unfortunately, I've felt that way too. Its really impossible to get a read on this situation anyway. During the BB saga, I had felt weeks before he signed that he was leaning this way. I don't really see anything more than speculation right now with Luc.

I've read the he has an away game Friday night, so he won't be back at his home until late that night. In order to then make it to the UT game, he and his family would have to leave their home at 5 in the morning. Doesn't look like he will make it this weekend, but it's not due to him not wanting to make the visit. TFWIW

CHattanooga sporttalk host Dr. B. says from his inside source that Luc is visiting with his parents this weekend and will commit Satuday night.

take that for what it is worth but he also predicted the same thing on Bryce Brown. I hope he is right.

it's been said by a number of people that he wont be here this weekend.. Dont people complain all the time about how bad Chattanooga radio is?
