Busy weekend for him if he does decide to come. Friday night football game, drive up late night with fam to knoxville, watch game, look at facilities, tour campus, drive home Sunday morning.

Just dont see it happening this weekend. Especially after he was gone last weekend.

Kids playing a late game then traveling to a college is done every weekend. It happened 40 years ago and before and continues today. When a kid is being recruited the lack of sleep doesn't effect them that much. Remember, his parents didn't drive to USC last weekend, so a 12 hour trip when it effects your childs future is not that much of a sacrifice.

I doubt he'll be here. The logistics are just too complicated, unless they're flying. But to fly 3 people from West Palm to Knoxville, plus hotel, and whatever else, they'd probably be lookin' at better than 2k for the trip.

Thats probably only for certain days, at 3 in the morning, if you book it over a year and a half in advance.

I hate all the random stipulations and crap they put on.

Well, that'd probably cut 150 bucks out for a hotel. But, unless the uncle has a private jet, they'd still be forking over approx. $500 per on airfare.

I have no idea...but that sounds about right.

Port St. Lucie's a little north of West Palm Beach, I think. It's a haul from east Tennessee.

Even if the trip cost 2 grand that's a drop in the bucket compared to 3 or 4 years full scholarship to college. Heck if his parents had a scholarship fund saved up for him they could even pull it out of that knowing college is going to be free
