The 5 star comment was spoken in jest. However, I couldn't be more serious when it comes to my fast twitch fibers.

i committed to the vols early september and they refused my commitment because i was not "fast twitch"... yet for some reason they are still recrtuiting luc? someone needs to tell kiffin that lying to recruits looks bad.

Yes, because there aren't any other D1 MLBs that aren't fast twitched. Brandon Spikes anyone? Hell, there are a couple in the NFL.

Some teams have backed off on Luc, however. I seriously doubt we will though. It's definitely one of those "statement" commitments if we get him.

Anyone who thinks that Luc won't be successful in college and probably the next level, either doesn't know anything about football or is horrible at noticing even the slightest talent. Luc is a guy that physically can come in and play NOW and with some coaching and some tweaking in his S&C program will be beating down some people in college. This guy is all business on the football field and will do what is necessary to succeed in what he does and wherever he goes. He does need some agility and stamina training, and lucky for us we have Aaron Ausmus, who's specialty is that very training.
