No.. Just doesn't make sense to throw a percentage with a rumor at all.. But I'm just being grumpy and ready for the weekend.. So don't listen to me..

I haven't seen Luc in person. Have the people saying there is no way he is 6'4 seen him up close? I was looking at his profile on his high schools website and they have him listed as 6'1 240 as a junior. He is a senior now isn't he? Isn't it possible he has grown a couple inches?

Not saying he is. Just a question. Still looking for an answer from someone who has seen him up close. Both the website and rivals have him as 6'1 so it sounds as if he is at least 6'1. I doubt rivals has updated his profile in about a year and obviously the school hasn't. Unless someone has seen him in person, I don't know why people would say it's impossible he is taller than 6'1. Could be 6'2... could be 6'3... Would be closer to 6'4 than 6'1.

buddy of mine met all 3 at the game and said Luc is 5'11 if anything.

Weird. High schools tend to embellish heights a little bit to make their players seem more intimidating. I am surprised recruiting websites would be off though. I would think they take the measurements from a camp rather than straight from the high school.

just telling you what my friend said. He might be 7'2", but my guy said he's not what he's listed at.

From that pic, it is now confirmed that the guys I saw were Luc and Riley, which doesn't really matter and was pretty much confirmed anyway.

I just like pretending to contribute to the recruiting forum every now and again.

I disagree. I put a line across the picture and Riley is just barely taller than Luc. Luc is also a little closer to the camera than Riley which would make him look even taller. People may be right. Luc may not even be 6 foot if Riley is 6'1. He appears to be shorter than Riley in the picture.

I agree. Riley looks an inch or two taller. Luc is probably 5'11 or 6'0 if Riley is 6'1.

I stood right next to Luc when he was here for the game. I'm 5'10 and he was slightly taller, it appeared he was about six feet. Also there was an excellent article on about Luc and how he was headed down the wrong path when he lived in Miami. He admitted he probably would be in jail or dead if his parents didn't make the decision to move to Port St. Lucie. It sounds like they are an extremely close family.

I thought this was an interesting quote take from it what you want.

“They’re glad that I can go to college for free,” Jeff said before rushing off the phone, again, to study so he can graduate early. “My mother and father would love for me to be close to home, but if I’ve got to go far, I’ll go far.”

He's going to be an EE so I think that helps the gators because Strong will still be on the staff more than likely.

You guys are nuts. Luc is not under 6 ft. Elam is right at 6 ft tall and Luc is slightly taller than him by an inch.

When Luc went through all the measurables he was at 6'1". That is much more accurate than just seeing someone in person or in a picture. That is just a guessing game.

I don't get how that helps the Gators. I'm sure Luc knows that Strong may not be there for his full 3-4 years. If that was to weigh into his decision at all, then he would go to UT in a heartbeat. Monte and Coach O will be here for his full collegiate experience.
