Strong will get a job, but the comment he said about not wanting to go to another school unless they are already at UF's level, thats a joke. I guess Charlie only wants to coach at USC, Texas, Oklahoma, Ohio St, etc. Will be interesting to see if Meyer leaves, will Strong be promoted.

I agree Strong will be a head coach somewhere next season.

Also still wouldn't rule out Urban Meyer leaving for Notre Dame if that job opens up.

Tennessee has done an amazing job to even be in the Luc sweepstakes at this point. I really think they are in his final 3 with UF and FSU. Problem is I just dont see him leaving the state of Florida. I could be dead wrong and I hope I am but that is my belief.

I really want to see the staff make an all out effort for Travis Williams. That kid is really good and super athletic.

well, per Luc's brother who posts on warchant

he said that Jeff loves FSU, but is worried about their depth. If depth wasn't an issue, he would have already committed to FSU. Doesn't think FL is in this race because Luc is worried about Charlie Strong leaving for a Head Coach job after this year. His brother told FSU fans that there is genuine interest in UT and that playing time has been sold. TIFWIW Im not saying we get Luc, but apparently there is genuine interest

dude is a monster and is exactly the type player we need to punish other teams players. it would be amazing to land this kid.

Luc would start from Day 1 here easily. I'm sure the coaches are selling him on that (not that they're telling him he'll definitely start, but that he'll have a great chance to earn a spot).

we know he's an e.e., and we know that by the time he takes his ut official in october he will have already seen fsu and uf

since most of the talk is that he's down to fsu, uf, and ut, i think he commits pretty soon after his ut visit - probably mid to late october

Well, we will lose McCoy at WLB and return Reveiz to MLB and Thompson to SLB. Savion is supposedly the WLB in-waiting, but if Luc comes, there is no way he isn't starting imo. I believe Reveiz would stay at MLB. He is just so smart running this defense right now. Thompson and Luc would be the other 2. jmo...

He would definitely crank up the scary factor in the defense and he would have a few kids crying for momma after he laid the wood to them.

I thought everyone was agreeing that Irvin would come in & start from day 1. I remember everyone saying he is a BEAST.

He might, I really dunno. I don't think anyone will take Reveiz' spot next year. He's too valuable and Monte loves him running the defense. Thompson has looked very good so far at SLB too. The LBs would be switched in and out too so it won't make a huge difference. The 6 man rotation with Reveiz, Thompson, Irvin, Luc, Frazier, and King would be stout...

King is ahead of Askew on the depth chart. Askew Redshirted. If those guys came here it would be Luc, Irvin, and King/Frazier, if I'm not mistaken. Saying that I think Luc is better than Reviez even though he has played really well lately.
