You are known as a troll. It takes a really stupid person to have UFownsUT as their screen name on a Tennessee board. Florida fans are also known as bandwagon fans. If we are hillbillies then I guess you're an illegal. Later.

What would the odds be that UT lands him???

Of all the guys looking at UT....he is the one that I would want the most.....besides a QB!

Sorry...just read about FSU.....

I'm a life long 'Nole fan (met my wife at the 94 Orange Bowl NC game w/ Nebraska) and would love him at FSU if not at UT!

If he's not a Vol, then I'm glad he's out of the SEC.

I wish the kid no ill will and I hope he has an outstanding career.

It's well documented in tallahassee that this is Mickey Andrews last year as DC. I know Luc knows this, but I wonder if this could have an effect on Luc's decision.....depending on what they do to fill Andrews spot?????

Debose >>> keese
We shall see. So far, keese looks just as good if not better. keese will def be the smarter player.

^forgot about David Nelson.

Richardson will be as good as any player on that list. Trust me, there are no standouts at WR right now and Debose hasn't been great either. Teague will also be as good or better than most of those WRs.

I don't argue that there was more depth at UF but Nuke would have been competing for a starting spot right away and so would Teague. WR is not a strength for UF this year.

The legend of Nu’Keese Richardson growing by the day | Florida Gators sports news, analysis, commentary - Gator Bytes, a PalmBeachPost.com blog

Here is what most Gators honestly think of the keese situation:

The legend of Nu’Keese Richardson growing by the day
by Ben Volin
Until Lane Kiffin stole him away to Tennessee, Nu’Keese Richardson was a relatively unknown four-star receiver prospect out of Pahokee.

But since Richardson defected from Florida to Tennessee on Signing Day, Kiffin and his staff have turned Richardson into the second coming of Red Grange.

Kiffin’s staff took the hype to a different stratosphere on Tuesday, when receivers coach Frank Wilson appeared on a Knoxville sports talk radio show.

Wilson was asked if any player on the roster reminds the staff of Reggie Bush, the Heisman winner who played for Kiffin at USC.

“Yeah,” Wilson said. “Nu’Keese Richardson.”

“That’s exactly what we saw in him, a guy who had big-play ability and can strike at any point on the field.”

Nothing against Richardson, but Reggie Bush? Come on.

All Bush did his senior year in high school was earn a spot on the 2002 Parade All-American (and the top running back), USA Today All-USA first team and a member of the Tom Lemming Super Team. He scored 27 touchdowns …… in eight games. At USC, he won a Heisman Trophy and became the No. 2 overall pick in the NFL draft.

Richardson, meanwhile, was a stand-out on Pahokee’s state championship team in 2008, but he may have not even been the best player on his team. He accounted for 20 touchdowns this year in 13 games and was named to the Palm Beach Post All Area First Team. But his teammate, running back Vincent Smith, beat him out for Player of the Year, while his other teammate, Brandin Hawthorne, won Defensive Player of the Year. Both are headed to Michigan.

If Richardson had come to Florida, he would have been near the bottom of a stacked depth chart at receiver. He would have had to fight for playing time on special teams, and may have red-shirted his first year. Andre Debose, the five-star athlete out of Sanford-Seminole, is the receiver prospect Urban Meyer simply couldn’t lose, not Richardson.

It isn’t Richardson’s fault that his coaching staff is over-hyping him to the point of absurdity. In fact, it’s probably unfair to Richardson, who somehow has to meet these out-sized expectations.

But it’s all par for the course for Kiffin, a coach who doesn’t let the facts get in the way of a good booster club speech.

First there was the now-infamous Signing Day celebration breakfast, where Kiffin bragged and boasted about stealing Richardson away from the big bad Gators.

And there was the Sports Illustrated profile in the Feb. 16 edition, in which the writer called the losses of Richardson and Marsalis Teague “devastating” to Florida.

(Never mind that half of Kiffin’s quotes and anecdotes from that story have already been exposed as lies, including the part about Kiffin firing a bunch of people within the athletic department).

Don’t be surprised if by next week, Kiffin names a wing of the football complex after Richardson.

:daddy: :tease2:

You're not quoting anything we don't already know. The entire nation knows that Debose was your most hyped/coveted recruit and is supposed to be the next PH. He isn't and won't be.

I don't doubt that Debose will be a good player but I don't know that he has some of the intangibles that I do think will make Nuke great.

The point is that Nuke and Teague were both highly coveted, the #2 and #3 WR prospects that UF expected land and it was a slap in the face for the upstart Kiffin to take them from the mighty NC Urban/Gators. The media jumped on it all and made it national news that Kiffin made some disparaging comments but also took 2 highly touted recruits.

It would piss me off if I were Urban or a UF fan and Kiffin was building the new UT's reputation at my expense. It comes with the territory when you are the big dog, just like Spurrier did to UT.

Urban has a lot of momentum built up at UF but the early signs of Kiffin's start are already not good Urban/UF and the rest of the SEC. With the way our coaching staff recruits and their NFL-like mentality toward coaching the players and playcalling, it is only a matter of time until we are at least UF's equal if not better. UF will be in a major transition period after this year and that may give UT the opportunity we need to start a run of our own.

I'm not saying that UF will suddenly fall off but they will not be nearly as dominant and will have to struggle every year to win the east against a UT team that will be just as talented, if not more talented every year.

I see UGA and USC being relegated back to what they were in the 90's as fighting for 3rd in the East while UF/UT fight it out for the SECC appearance.

EEEhhh. Good, but def not great. He has had some injuries that have slowed him down a bit so he may not have had a chance to show coaches what he can do at full health. None of the wrs, minus Deonte, have looked great in practice against our defense. Debose is very thin and our defense is very physical.. There will never be another wr as good as Percy so those comparisons are, and have always been imo, very far fetched.

That statement would only be wrong based on HS recruiting hype. I'll give you that Debose supposedly has more upside but I have my doubts.

He has certainly yet to prove anything yet at UF and I seriously doubt he starts for quite a while. Nuke has been good so far in practice but a lot of that could just be Kiffin giving Nuke and Teague lots of reps to see what they can do.

I really do think that Nuke will make a bigger impact at UT and will be the better overall player even if he isn't as big or fast as Debose. Nuke will be the smarter player and the harder worker and that can make all the diffference.

Nuke has been better for the defense than he has the offense. Dude can not hold on to the ball...at all.

Theres a reason Florida wanted Debose muuuuuch more than they wanted Nuke.

We will see. Debose is bigger than Nuke. However, Debose has been slowed by a hamstring problem that might linger for a while. We shall see.

Hopefully, while you are manning the glory holes tonight, you will get a dose of GatorAids.

Better hurry down to the beach. Your cousins will be floating in around midnight.

There's a new, very cool game going around. You go over to the gulf, where the bull sharks breed, tie roast beef, dead fish, and miscellaneous chunks of bloody meat to your body. Then, at dark, you wade out chest deep, and then jump and splash in an erratic pattern. Give it a try.

Thanks.

I seriously douby that he will end up at FSU. It just doesnt seem like a good fit. He is SEC bound, I just hope it is UT and not fla.

Not a good fit? He and his family grew up FSU fans.

Also his brother went to FSU and even posts on their message boards. The best hope for other schools is that FSU has a terrible season and the kid wants to win but it sounds like he's more concerned with playing time. I would say the 2 schools behind FSU are UT and UF and both will battle to end for him.
