LV, be positive Florida was all world at the start of the season. Now Bama is clobbering them.Same could happen to Bama next year.I like to be optimistic 'cause you never now what the future holds.

Eddie Gran with the Vols was hard for him to commit to. He wants to be close to his family, the Gators had that much right. Eddie Gran with FSU was probably the easiest choice he's had to make this year.

Eddie Gran :"Hey Jeff, I'm going to go be the RB coach at FSU. You should come play for an unknown DC with no clue who your linebacker coach is going to be"

Sorry, I'm not buying that.

A lot of us sitting here with egg on their face, myself included. At least he didn't go to Florida.

Anyone else think Eddie Gran called up Luc and said "I'm going to FSU, follow me there."

No...He was always an FSU fan...Just surprised it took him this long to commit to them...I admit all this "He is a silent verbal to UT" stuff was exciting...Let us move on now.

Then you know nothing about a player's relationship to their recruiter. Sorry, but it happens all the time.

Latrell Scott is a WR coach and Moses followed him to UVA.

I think it had more to do with the fact that he always loved FSU. Could Eddie Gran have played a small part? Sure. But I don't buy for a second that EG is the only reason Luc went to FSU.

If Gran did convince Luc to go to FSU this must have been brewing for a while, because it's took forever for him to let any sign of commitment out then all of a sudden Gran goes to FSU and bam I think I'll commit.Somethings fishy about all this.

Look CLK and a partial staff had 2 months together and got a top 10 class out of it.We still have the same core group with over a year together to work on recruiting.I still think we will be fine.Come NSD I still think a top 5 class is obtainable and maintainable.
