but if he likes georgias stadium, he needs to come to knoxville

it was also nice to hear him say that the world is bigger than florida. the floridians all say there is no chance he would leave the state

yeah i guess i forgot about that. but when he comes for his official visit, the new jumbotron will be up and much of the renovations will be done

Is that interview recent? I wonder if he visited UT before or after UGA.

He will have to make a decision sooner rather than later if he wants to enroll in the spring. November-ish probably as soon as all of his visits are over?

I would be happy if we got Lamaison, Cam Newton, Rettig, and Luc!

If we get Rettig some ppl will be happier. and Luc would be the head liner. Holy cow. what a pull it would be.

If we land Luc it would make up for not getting Scroggins, Heaps, or Bell, and it would probably bring us some offensive players due to sheer fear.

Yea, once EB leaves we're going to need a guy like Luc so we can still say "(Fill in recruit) is gonna regret chosing (fill in rival) because JL is gonna rip their head off across the middle!"

What has happened in recent history to make most people in this thread happy about our chances with this guy? I don't follow recruiting on a day to day basis, so I'm a little out of the loop.

The only significant thing I have seen is that he scheduled an official visit to UT for the fall.

I would love to land Luc. But we need a QB in the worst way. There isn't a more important position on the field. Scroggins is who this staff wants. I think he would be the bigger need. So I say Scroggins is more important than Luc. By alot.

all i know is i cant wait for eb to knock marlon browns head off. he's gonna make the lick he put on knowshawn look like a love tap. i loved rivals write up on us when they said "berry has good ball skills but he is known for being more of a big hitter from the safety spot." you better believe it. luc looks like a big hitter to, to say the least. i think we get him. to get a visit this early and his first scheduled, we're right on track. couldnt ask more from gran

i would love to have Luc. Kinda reminds me of an Al Wilson type linebacker. A great D can win with a mediocre quarterback. See the 98 season. I would rather him than Scroggins.

i believe any chance at Luc depends solely on the product that Monte Kiffin puts on the field this year. yes, we had a good D last year, but Luc wants to be part of something really special and the outlook is great, so far. if Monte's defensive genius translates to the college game, which i dont know enough about the actual game to even guess, then i believe that UT will quickly become a highly feared team to play and Luc could very likely be part of that team.

Untill TJ's post on 6/18 saying he was coming to camp, I don't think any of us thought he even considered UT at all.

I doubt he did or at least he mad it out to be that way. All florida schools. FSU, UM, or UF. Now hes slightly interested in UT, way to go boys! Thanks go out To CMK, and CEG.
