If you guys think you have a ~80% shot at Hicks.....I think the risk is worth it to let Luc go to get him. Hicks can do it all. Put him on the field with the stud you got last year (Jelani Jenkins) and...well...lets just say as a UT fan I dont look forward to that!

He was being sarcastic about him being a silent. He was taking a shot at the 10-15 silents the Gators have...

No way Hicks is a lock to UF. I still think he ends up at OSU when it's all said and done, maybe Texas...

It's looking very likely Luc wil be a Vol...

Kinda off subject but Hyams just reported the a fella named Rod Wilks is a silent transfer to the gators. Must be mad about no PT? :)

I think hes our back up PR/KR/WR/RB/QB/FB/PK/FS/SS/CB/DL/LB from what ive heard. I could be wrong though wouldnt be the first time. But I dout it. :)

They also said the team was going to stay back for this weekends game and they are only sending ROD to take care of BAMA so the rest of the team can have 2 bye weeks. Ok Im done...:) back to Luc!

back2back gator must be on some hard core drugs. he said they could offer luc early pt. hahahahaha. then he contradicted himself saying they are stacked and bostic will be starting mlb for next 3 years. hahahahaha. Major FAIL!

Well actually ROD saw the post and called him up and told him he better change his tone. No drugs just fear! It does these types of things to people.

Per Scout... He will be taking official visits to USC, UF, and LSU. He is undecided on where his 5th visit will be...

I don't like the part at all about him possibly not being an EE. I'm not sure if that would help us or hurt us...

LV, that sounds positive but i'm thinking that if he's not an EE it will probably hurt us b/c the perception is that we seem to be in the lead so just cross your fingers that he gets all of his school work in line.

He is taking the visit to USC. He has been to UF a 4 times (roughly) this summer/early fall. It is interesting that UF is his only in-state visit which speaks to the rumors that we have heard.

I dont see Luc ending up in USC at all, for a guy at first though not to leave the state to go spend 4 to 5 year on the opposite coast, no way. IT is still either UT or UF imo.

Agreed but what about LSU? Not that far from Florida..they could potentially make a late push

I think it could help us if he's not an EE. Strong will most likely get an offer to go coach somewhere after January and might take it. If so, I don't think Luc goes there. Of course, Strong might for sure be back and that could hurt our chances I guess. I just can't believe that Strong hasn't landed a head coaching position.
